Clean room, clean bathroom w/modern amenities, comfortable bed & pillows. Dined here for dinner & breakfast - large portions & very tasty. Our bartender was excellent with service and friendliness.

We had a terrible experience due to booking. We will be seeking a refund.

Property was okay. There is not enough overnight parking so when it is full, you have to park behins at the business next door which is car wash. The property did not have adaqate blankets in the room, just a flat sheet and a light comforter.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Staff is efficient, friendly and very accomodating. It would be nice, though, if the bar opened earlier than 5p on Friday & Saturday.

Banging noice from construction ( on Saturday), door rattled every time other doors on floor were closed, Restaurant/bar opened late and closed early. Very overpriced. Staff was no help, free parking, down the street

Great place

Came here with family to spend time in Santa Cruz and at the boardwalk. Price was very reasonable compared to hotels in Santa cruz, so we opted to stay here. So glad we did. We got the double king beds on the second floor. Beds were very comfortable. Nice view of the redwoods on the mountains. Everything was clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly. They have a nice size lobby area with plenty of seating and tables. They also have games on the tables like Jenga and chess. My only complaints are that the AC did not work, it barely blew out any air and the window only cracked open a few inches. So it was hard to sleep when it's stuffy and hot. Second, I did not like the shower. It was impossible not to get water on the floor, since there is no shower door. Overall it was a great stay at a great price. I may stay again if I come back to the area.

Beautiful place and great rooms! Loved the large ceilings, the bed was super close to the floor I didn’t mind but threw me off at first! The shower is incredible! Will definitely be staying here in the future!

Sink was backed up. Doors slamming in hallway shaking room. Lights not working or burnt out.

Booked a king but was given 2 Queens. I like that they have a restaurant/bar but its overpriced.

Very comfy room with nice French door that I could open. Shower water was Luke warm and no maid service for the 3 night stay. Overall it was fine.

The hotel is in a very nice location about 10 to 15 minutes to Capitola or Santa Cruz, Clean and very respectful service the restaurant is also for dinner and breakfast. We ate there and we loved our entire stay, plus the room were spacious!

Great hotel.

The hotel itself was very clean and nicely maintained. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. However, it is very noisy. We were on the first floor and starting very early in the morning you could hear every door slamming shut. The parking sucks and is very crammed, we almost didn’t have a place to park.

Nice stay. We really like this hotel. Most everything was great except the shower took a long time to warm up. Would have preferred it alot hotter. And...the parking situation was not ideal, not enough spaces for all.

To expensive for the area and the time for check in they're not have on time the rooms, I waited for 25 minutes to get my room.

The rooms were nice except the beds have wood around them that is easy to stub your toes on and mattresses are a little hard but sleepable. The service is spotty, there is one guy at the front desk that does super good but the restaurant staff not so much. We had a larger party 5 adults and 2 kids and it was my dad’s bday and they made no attempt to try and have us sit together or anything extra. Also the lady at the bar is also server and she spilled a whole side of ranch on one of the kids and didn’t even act like it was a big deal, then added a 30 dollar tip for herself on check. We also just ordered 3 apps and 2 drinks as the food was not very good and still expensive. We ended up getting take out after. When we were outside in courtyard we asked if the heating lap by us could be turned on and they said only 2 work, later at night we saw 4 on. Lastly no one cleaned our room on second day and so there were no towels when we got back from beach and they took over an hour to get them to us, my parents room had been cleaned but they only gave them one towel. We even walked down to lobby to try and get towels quicker as we had to shower after beach and they assured us someone was on the way but still took 35 mins after that. It is such a shame because if the service was taken up a notch this would be a much better stay

It was ok. The service was nice and I liked how spacious the rooms were. Just wish they offered room service which is my fault for not looking into it. Also the ac unit kept leaking water.

Amazing service and very clean. They accommodated our 25ft boat and truck. I will absolutely book again in the future.
