Paulo and the staff where amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also loved picking fresh fruit and herbs on property.

This property exceeded my expectations in its beauty and comfort. Everything from the lovely shower to the complimentary coffee and juice were amazing. It was the perfect home base from which to travel around seeing the sights of Sao Miguel. I can’t recommend it enough. It seemed too good to be true and it was truly even better than it seemed online.

Spacious property beautifully designed.Each room has everything you need for a confortable stay. Fantastic bed, great shower and good kitchen area with the utensils needed to prepare a simple meal.Lovely surroundings with a nice pool. Very peaceful and quiet. Great experience in every way.

Such an amazing property. I can’t say enough good things about this place. So modern, clean, comfortable and peaceful. Paulo was so helpful throughout our stay and we loved all the special touches like the pick-your-own garden and welcome basket/parting gift. The location is perfect (right next to the highway but just a short drive/taxi ride into town). I was hesitant to book this place at first as it didn’t have many reviews so it seemed to good to be true - but trust me, it’s real and it’s as perfect as it looks in the pictures :)

We LOVED this property! We had a rental car so it was perfect for us as it was super close to Ponta Delgada (~5-10 min drive) and quiet, spacious and beautiful. Check in was easy as the staff was so careful to be there when we arrived even though our flight was delayed and we arrived very late at night. They were so helpful with recommendations and checking on us to ensure we were super comfortable. The grounds are really beautiful and the apartment itself was SO nice. Beautiful, modern, super super comfortable with a lovely porch and really nice bathroom. The temperature of the room was always perfect. There is a super sweet dog who lives on the property and will greet you in the mornings sometimes which was an added treat for us! We would absolutely stay here again.

Spectacular villa, fully equipped, very well decorated, clean and comfortable. Perfect for couples or families, including babies as they have cribs, high chair and everything you need to prepare baby food. Great location as long as you have a car, near Ponta Delgada and direct access to other areas of the island. Quiet place, in the middle of nature, with a swimming pool. Pool / beach towels are provided. Extremely helpful staff, willing to help in whatever is needed and giving tips on places and cool restaurants to visit. Perfect!

Just got back from a week at this property. Can't say enough about it. It's in a great location about 5 mins outside of Ponta Delgada (you need a car) in a country setting away from the traffic. We had a one bedroom unit. So modern and clean. There's only a few units at the property, so you really feel like you have privacy. They have a nice pool in the back garden, and also a vegetable garden where you can pick anything you want. I loved picking fresh arugula to put on my sandwiches. The owner, Pedro, allowed us to check in early and showed us around the property. He's really passionate about the garden. Paulo gave us some great info when he checked us in and was super friendly and helpful. Even though it's not a 24/7 staffed property, it feels like they are there for you anytime. And, Minka, the big beautiful German Shepherd was a total sweetheart. She recently lost her sidekick that she was with for 6 years, so it was great to see her be so caring when you'd see her. I'd recommend this place 1000% and would love to go back sometime.

Amazing place! Very tranquil, perfect to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The pool is a wonderful plus!
