It was fine only stayed 1 night, been traveling for about a month now and it was fine for 1 night. No complaints

Great for price. Very clean

Floors not cleaned. Bed was clean and just ok on comfort. Quick stay while on a road trip. Cheap and affordable. Hotel in process of remodel, we had our dogs with us. 15.00 per dog.

Not to bad. No breakfast, under remodeling.

Unprepared for me. Sink faucet needs repaired.

i needed to cancel the reservation due to medical emergency involving my ex-wife who was hospitalized in Bend, OR I understood that no refund was available but I called them in the morning to let them know I would not be coming; so they need not hold the room for me. I think they thought I wanted a refund. I was only letting them know.They hung up on me when I first called. I had to call them several times before they realized the nature and purpose of my call.

Front desk lady was very nice. We had a nice spacious room

Property is run down in bad need of repair. Owners have zero personality and acts as if you are an inconvenience. Will not stay here again.

This property worked great for an overnight stop on a long road trip. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The room did not have a hair dryer.

The layout of the room was not the standard motel room. It has half walls separating the sink area from the “living” area. The bathroom sink counter was super spacious, which I loved, and there was a built-in bench beneath the open clothes rack that was very handy for holding suitcases. The bathroom was separate from the rest of the room so that the sink is available if someone using the shower/toilet. There were plenty of outlets for plugging in chargers, etc. There were no hangers, but we didn’t ask if the office had any. They did give us an extra blanket at our request—we like to sleep with a bit of weight and this room didn’t have a comforter.

Trouble checking in. The person actually downgraded my room from what I paid for and I had to go back and argue. The carpet had a hole in it. Th toilet broke but I fixed it myself. There was never any room service performed. Had to ask for additional hangers as only one was provided. The room and whole property were run down. The Tub leaked one sink sprayed all over. Overall once I got the room I paid for with the Couch and Bed it was not too bad. The room was generally clean when I checked in and was in a good location for my needs. The TV really should be on a wall mount especially as it is on the smaller side of a modern TV.

Not terrible but not great. An affordable place to lay your head for the night. Cleanliness could be a touch better in the bathroom and the mattress was old but adequate. It looks like they're going to be doing some remodeling soon.

Limited breakfast

The room smelled musty and moldy, towels and sheets looked clean but smelled funny, the room, shower and toilet were filthy, black mold around window, shower and ceiling, sinks didn’t drain properly, I wouldn’t dare walk on carpeting without shoes, furniture was broken and only one chair at the table, previous pets had peed on the wall (as shown in photo), mattresses were hard as a rock, pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable, blankets smelled of sweat and body odor, garbage can in the room had not been emptied, had to use paper clips to keep curtains closed (glad I had a few in my purse), desk clerk was annoying and not very helpful at all and the motel sign read Santa Fe Inn with tiny sign below saying Rodeway Inn making it very difficult to find!

Dear management, 1. Please move out all furniture from room 127 and steam clean the carpet. The room smelled like human/animal pee as soon as I opened the door. 2. Please clean the buttons on the microwave 3. Please check food splashes on the walls and clean 4. The fabric on the chair in the room has too much stain. Please dispose the chair 5. Please vacuum out all animal hair on the carpet. 6. Two of the 5 light bulbs in the bathroom were burned out. Please replace. 7. One of the drain stopper of the bathroom sinks was missing. Please replace.

Bare bones. If you are desperate for a room, as we were, you will be grateful that it is there. I can understand not wanting to put a hair dryer in every room, but having one to borrow at the front desk would be a bare minimum courtesy. Check-in was difficult due to computer problems.

Breakfast was lacking a bit, maybe needed to restock by the time arrived. However, the reason I decided to leave a review is because the cleanliness of the room was very impressive. They must have someone who had time in the military do the housekeeping. The corners of the sheets were folded inward. No fingerprints on any of the mirrors. Mind-blowing.

My daughter is covered in bed bug bites she is so miserable and it’s ruined our trip Everything was sold out and it was too far to drive to the next town. I need to call the health department.

Parking is tight but they are very accommodating and friendly! Great folks!!

The air conditioner was not working properly and the temp outside was 100 degrees. We rented two units, one the bathroom was not cleaned well, the towel rack was broken, dark carpeting did not look like it had been vacuumed.

Staff doesn't speak English, but still checked me in ok. The room looks like a fight broke out The chain lock is ripped from the door frame, the shower curtain bar is bent, the shower handle is snapped in half. The walls are covered in black shoe sole markings. Dried gum was on one of the walls. Cobwebs adorn every corner. The one chair looks like it was sliced open, and is covered in stains. The property is quiet despite the proximity to the freeway. The beds are no frills, but comfortable.

The stay was good and the room was good. The parking lot and walkways around the rooms are really dirty.

I like that I was able to get a room last minute, and that the air conditioning worked. It was basically clean, but I was having a little bit of allergies due to pets being allowed. They really need to update the property overall. A lot of things are really old.

Crackheads all over the place

This is an old property. Looks like they are in the process of fixing it up. The bedding was clean but well used. The pillows were old with very little puffiness left.

Looks and is old andi worn fixtures. Guests barbequing in back of truck, outside rooms, felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Easy parking and close to restaurants.
