The staff and hotel were amazing and so very comfortable. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were home. We were a large athletic group and your staff handled us like it was nothing. Carina is amazing and anything we needed, she was our go to person and so knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were clean and big and plenty of space for the team to hang out with each other after their games. Thank you so so much!

This hotel is in a cute little town of Wooster. Not a walking distance to amenities but a very short drive. The hotel was safe and clean and for the most part very quiet. They offer a breakfast each morning with your stay with both hot and cold options. Each morning was homemade biscuits and muffins, a few different types of bread, eggs, meat options home fries/ hash browns, cereal (hot and cold) waffles and yogurt. Along with coffee/tea and juices.
When visiting you must visit downtown Wooster. A quiet little town with many cute shops and dining options.
No more than 30 minutes from the Shawshank Redemption jail. Also a definite must see.

Breakfast area messy, I stocked, dirty tables. But, the girl was working as fast as she could they were very busy, she just needed more help.

We liked that the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast. The lobby was clean. The staff was courteous. The only thing we found a bit annoying was that the refrigerator was a bit noisy especially when trying to sleep.

Bathroom was clean, but no grab bars in shower and drain cover loose. No exhaust fan in bathroom so paint peeling on walls in shower.

Nice hotel with nice staff. Breakfast were good to very good. Having luggage cards easily available was a plus. The room was large uncomfortable. The mattress was not so great but not terrible. The sink drain was extremely slow to stop up and took two days Until maintenance responded, but once they were there, it worked very well again. There was ceiling water damage over the shower area either due to the lack of a fan in the bathroom, cleaning to high humidity and paint feeling or water damage from above. Overall, a good hotel and worthy of consideration for next trip .

luckily had 2 queen beds because the one had the most squeaky springs I couldn't sleep. Bathroom toilet wasn't clean but was remedied very quickly. Other than that the stay was worth the price.
