The location of the place is truly remarkable, offering a wonderful setting for your stay. The owners are absolutely amazing, providing exceptional service and ensuring your needs are met. We absolutely loved our stay at The Ocean Bay House! We chose the property for it's proximity to the Fire Island Ferry (a scenic 15-20 min walk) but ended up wanting to spend more time on property instead of on Fire Island! The pool was beautiful and there are so many nice places to sit outdoors. We enjoyed some wine on the front porch and the back outdoor table is a beautiful place to have a meal. Our room was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. The included breakfast was delicious. It was a perfect Staycation for us and we will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the ferry. A short drive to Robert Moses State Park and the lighthouse at Fire Island. The staff was great, Jenn, Jon and Liz. Breakfast 👍

Lovely neighborhood, beautiful home. However, we found the stairs from the first to the second floor particularly problematic in the they were steep, winding, and in some areas without a rail. As partially disabled people, we found negotiating the stairs to be difficult and potentially dangerous.

Our stay at the Ocean Bay house was great. Jennifer and Liz were both very gracious hosts. The house was beautiful, very clean and comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was incredible in the mornings. They need to put out a muffin cook book. We will be back hopefully soon. 😊

We stayed 2 nights at the Ocean Bay House. The whole experience was wonderful. Thanks Liz and Jen for their amazing work and hospitality, the whole hotel is exceptionally clean and lovely, the breakfast is delicious as we expected. Definitely looking forward to go back again.

Absolutely amazing experience staying here over Labor Day weekend! The property is beautiful as is the neighborhood, private but close to Main Street and the marina. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and coffee and breakfast in the morning was wonderful, such a perfect start to our days. I cannot thank them enough, highly recommend staying here!!

House is great as were Coleen n Jenn. Nice pool and grounds. Bed was comfortable and room was very nice. Breakfast varies and made to order. There were 8 other guest and we had homemade muffins, fruit cups and a breakfast taco! 4/5 restaurants down the street at the Marinas and ferry to Fire Island. Just a great location, we will be back.
