The hotel was requesting a first nights deposit hours shortly after I booked, but on the app it stated to pay when I arrived at the hotel. Once arrived I had to take inventory of all the items in the room. Our sheets and pillow shams were dirty and stained with oil and blood. I sent them the pictures through WhatsApp, they saw my message and never responded so I had to call the hotel. Once I talked to the receptionist it took them over an hour to bring us sheets and they didn’t have extra fitted sheets which were the ones stained with blood, it was late at night and we were exhausted so we just slept on one bed instead of one on each bed. I asked them the next day if due to the inconveniences I could check out at 1 and was told very rudely no.

Clean rooms and pool good elevator access.

Great place to stay with family. Very clean and safe. Their pool is big and nice all rooms have stove and fridge which helps safe money from eating out if stying multiple days.

The resort was terrible, it doesn’t deserved to be called a resort. Motel 6 is better. No shampoo, no bottle water, no shampoo, had to request soap. Rented the penthouse what a disappointment. To add insult to injury got charged an addition 600 pesos per person when it was suppose to be for 8 person even when we were 7. Will never stay there again.

The hotel staff when we arrived gave us one room as the other was being cleaned. We were early arriving and waited for about 2.5 hours until we got our second room. The reception people were nice and pleasant and said we needed to wait. Maintenance people and the manager Letty were good to provide us what we needed when we told them that our range did not work. Only two burners turned on. It took her a while but we got a new range the next day because they could not fix the one we had.The cleaning people were great, especially Bere the lady that always cleaned our rooms. She was very nice, polite and efficient and always asked if we needed anything. Bere was always the person assigned to clean our room. Then I did a Google review and mentioned her in the review. Next thing she is not our cleaning lady anymore. On the same day that our cleaning person was changed I noticed the manager Letty verbally abusing one of the other cleaning ladies. Something I have not seen done in any hotel I have stayed at. She was mean for the sake of being mean. But I did not interfere as I was just a guest in the hotel and did not know what brought on that type of anger. The rooms were old and in need of repair. The sliding glass doors had broken latches. There were light bulbs missing. The towels were old and ratty. Overall the stay was okay if the rate would have been lower. It was my most expensive hotel during my vacation and not worth the price for what I paid.

The crowd outside de facility makes it difficult to acces. Too many street vendors.

LOVED our stay!! The only downside NO Wi-Fi. We stayed in the penthouse, and were told that the technician would come the following morning after we checked in. My daughters had to step outside into the hallway in order to use their devices, since the penthouse has its own Wi-Fi the one used for the rest of the resort could only be accessed outside. However the staff did accommodate my girls with a table and chairs by the balcony. 5 days later we checked out and still no Wi-Fi. Technician never came. The elevator also broke down on the second day but within 30 mins it was fixed. We had room service everyday, and the housekeeper was efficient and friendly. She told us were to buy cheaper groceries, supplies, fresh seafood and the best dining spots. The local stores around the resort sell over priced items. Quick beach access through private entrance, clean and quiet surroundings. Overall a great place for a family vacation.

The room they put us in had no balcony, no view. But, worse than this, it had a ridiculous, tiny bathroom built under some stairs. One had to pass through the shower to get to the sink and toilet. If one used the shower the floor was wet, and then anyone who needed to use the sink or toilet got their feet wet. WiFi in the room was poor - had to go outside the room to get better signal.

I didn't like the way they communicated to me they were rude and the beds were horrible

Hotel floor was not clean, guess on second floor very noise, we couldn’t sleep at all, Room close to elevator and stairs not recommended if your are traveling the next day, I also requested one more pillow, reception said they didn’t have any left, airport shuttle on time, driver very friendly also nice little welcome area with coffee, tea, fruit and cookies

Nice resort in central location. Room on main floor comfy and cool. Hated the skinny bathroom with open shower by door. Everything wet and slippery every day…dangerous for seniors…and toilet too tight to sit on. Also no face cloths. Kitchen units need tea towel, wash cloth, dish soap, coffee mugs. Construction started every day at 7:30, very loud continuous nail gun and hammering, workers yelling very loudly outside our door for 2 weeks, both construction people and hotel maids. It was loud even with ear plugs, 2 inch gap under the door. Over all, nice hotel that needs calming and a few more amenities. Friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel has great potential but lacking in simple areas. The rooms and property are beautiful with nice finishing in workmanship. Our first room’s safe was not working , nor was the tv. They upgraded us to another room , which was nice but the safe didn’t work there either. Repair was supposed to come but did not.

Internet and air conditioners did not work well

Hotel was great, very clean and rooms where better than expected. Pool has a bar and its very reasonable priced. Only down side of the hotel is that music is allowed on the pool.

Then they took inventory and had you sign for stuff that they supposedly give you and then they don’t give it. You have to be sure to have them note that. We asked for a pool towel and we’re told we couldn’t use it for the pool, so why give them? We figured maybe it was just us, but after the beach we went to the room to lay and there were tiny roaches on one of the beds. The AC was only in one room which was horrible because the heat was just bad, and being pregnant didn’t help. The restrooms were clogged and we had to try to unclog them. The only good customer service we had was at the bar by the pool. The kid who served was super nice and friendly and greeted everyone who came by. Employees should learn a thing or two about customer service.

Its worth the buck great buget stay . A/C is not cold enough they need bigger units pool very dirty lots of construction on 5th floor not a quite stay
