It was good but the room was little dirty, the sheets looked like they were burned by a cigarette, the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom

The hotel made me pay a $60 cash deposit upon checking in that was not made known prior to the reservation. The hotel was very dirty with garbage on the floor and hair inside the nightstand. The hotel does not have any luggage carts so I had to carry my 3 bags to my 6th floor room while I was told that I could not leave any of my belongings in the lobby while I got to my room as I was traveling solo this time. The paint was beyond repair and there was mold in the shower. I took a 14 second video of the room that shows more than the photos do. Very disappointed the entire way around.

Frontdesk completly disgusting, same of the room that has a blood on the floor, trash bags in hallway and housekeeping completely forgot to switch the bedsheets. And also nobody never cleaned the furniture and the floor, cuz have dust everywhere.

Staff was rude, hotel stank, room was dirty just an all around horror show, worst part of it all is that if you decide that you aren’t going to stay like I did after spending about 30 minutes there, because the marijuana smell was so bad my asthma started kicking up, Expedia refuses to give me a refund and instead leaves me at the mercy of the hotel. I will be staying away from these 3rd parties because yes you safe some money, at the expense that they steal all your goddamn rights in the small prints. I WANT MY GODDAMN MONEY BACK EXPEDIA!, because I guarantee that if the shoe was on the other foot y’all a be charging the customer and making that persons life a living hell on behalf of that roachtel!.

The hotel is a little bit far from the station but I chose this hotel because it is close to Manhattan and also the price is reasonable. The room is cozy, nice and clean, suitable for couple and family, but not an option for single customer because the neighborhood is shady and you have to walk alone for 10-15 mins from the subway.

No tv controller in the room No bath soap in the room No quilt on the bed.

Hotel itself doesn’t look great. Signs posted everywhere at check in saying they don’t clean due to covid 19 and they didn’t clean our room once in 3 nights. I didn’t think this was too bad until I realized under our bed was a sandal left from the people that last stayed. I then noticed a lit blunt in the corner of the room & an old receipt, which didn’t belong to us, and a lot of dust and dirt on the mirror, the lights, the fridge, literally everywhere. Rooms don’t have microwaves. Bed only comes with two pillows max which isn’t enough to comfort two adults. Only thing I liked was that the room actually looked nice & it was close to the train station, but the cleanliness is terrible. The surrounding area/city this hotel is in is also pretty dirty but that’s not the hotel’s fault, it’s the fact they did not even thoroughly clean the room before we came to check in. Honestly disgusts me and makes me wonder if they cleaned anything at all.

Hotel is less then lack luster. Sheets where stained tv only had one channel no remote. And there deluxe room doesn't even have a microwave or barely standing room it was so tiny. A cardboard box in Central Park would have been roomier.

Mold, no hot water, sheets were stained and no floor mat on bathroom floor. Extremely bad and not worth the price.

The room had not been wiped down, it was dusty, hand prints on walls , and when we pulled the sheets back the bed cover was filthy with God knows what kinda stains on it, however the guy at the desk did try to accommodate us and give us new linen, but overall the cleanliness was the main issue!!!

Can’t stand the cigarette smell. Could not stay longer than an hour because of the smell.

Very dirty rooms, no proper bedding set, all the sheets are dirty, room smells bad. The stuff was friendly enough. Area is a little dangerous but still better then most of the NY neighborhood.

Room maintenance is just not up to date. Was paint peeling and drywall sagging on ceiling. There was no blanket, just a sheet. The pillows are basically 2 throw pillows. Otherwise room seemed to be cleaned, staff was nice. They have zero parking, so you either find street or garage

I travel for work on average 30 weeks out of each year for the last five years and this was easily the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in! Because I was crunched for time when booking, I did not read the reviews, huge mistake! As in the other reviews, the hotel requires a $60 cash deposit, in five years I have never been asked for cash on a deposit ... ever! Cash deposit aside, the room barely looks like the photos on their page. The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling! Stains on the walls, floors not cleaned, shower and toilet not cleaned (plus mold), part of the ceiling was pealing down due to water damage, and the bed sheets were questionable at best. I put one of my T-shirts over the pillow case in an effort to feel better about putting my head on it! Plus the common areas of the hotel were also dirty, and not cleaned once during my entire stay. Added bonuses, no food was very close and the hotel only had a drink machine. Also, my room was on the 6th floor and you could open the window completely wide open, I'm pretty sure that is a city code violation in New York! (Don't jump out!) See the attached photos to save yourself from making the same mistake I did !!!

Not a good experience

I need a refund. That place was absolutely terrifying and disgusting. There were dents and chipped paint all over the wall, a shattered TV, spit and blood on the mirror l, dirty sheets, hairy sheets, poop on the ground (well it looked like poop), no hand soap, it was decrepit and scary.

Tou are required to give a $60 cash deposit. Very odd i couldnt put it on a CC or debit card. Then when I went to use their atm it was not working. Luckily I had some cash on me. Also, the room is gross! Definitely not worth the price at all. NEVER coming here again.

Holes in wall. My toilet dudnt work. Had to argue to get my room changed Coukd fo a lot better

No heat at all in the cold hotel room no towels or rags given no toiletries at all. Heater caught a spark and fire

Comfortable bed

The walls in the room were dirty , the bathroom had old pee sprayed on the wall. There were only 2 pillows on the bed. The size of the room was super small and it smelled like cigarettes

I booked wrong date at night. And couldn’t cancel right away, since it was night. Was trying t cancel in the morning. They told me it’s to late. I need my money back!!! Such a bad hotel.

There were bed bugs!!!

The room was badly in need of painting as were the hallways. No off street parking Slamming doors as some didn’t fit the framing properly. Bed was comfortable Kid size pillows

The room itself told a story of all the different things that must have happened there.
