Overall, the hotel is very good with friendly helpful staff. If I have to say any negative, I think the bed and bedding were a bit worn and not up to a 5-star hotel.

The property is lovely in a wonderful location with a beautiful pool. And the staff are terrific, they could not have been more helpful. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently. There were a few things that I was a bit unhappy with, but they are relatively minor 1) the hotel never responded to two of my "messages to the hotel" on the hotels.com website. I had to call them to get my questions answered. 2) one of my questions was about transportation from the airport and the operator said that taxi was the only option other than having them arrange for transport. But, after taking a taxi, at the front desk I was told about a shuttle service which would have dropped us off near the hotel. It was considerably cheaper. 3) although we reserved a superior room, the room size was rather small and the bed configuration was not as requested. Converting from a double bed to two twin beds meant that they were still right next to each other. We had to pull one bed out and put it in front of the night stand. However, the view from the higher floor was amazing.

The resort was very nice. There wasn’t really activities for kids and adults. The kids club was disappointing.
And overall the staff was not so nice.
But the property was clean, the rooms were big and very nice and breakfast was very good

Lovely hotel with fantastic service. Especially by the staff at the pool area. Super service minded young people. The hotel was incredibly clean everywhere. The Nikkei restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Nissiblu - we arrived on a late flight and from the moment entered, the stay was amazing. we were greeted by staff with a smile and a welcome glass of bubbly. The room was good size and with a great view, located close to restaurants and Nissi Beach. All staff were lovely, food outstanding. I am struggling to find a fault. I imagine in high season, the resort might get busy at meal times/ sunbeds around the pool, however this time of year, it was simply perfect.

Quite nice hotel in a brilliant location on Nissi Beach. Hotel is very clean and well kept and staff are very good all round. Pool area is nice but gets crowded and breakfast is very good with excellent variety.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to other hotels and restaurants. The public beach was too busy and the pool in the spa area was cold, I could only go in as far as my ankles. I didn't find the bed comfortable for a 5 star hotel. I stayed at another 5 star resort recently and the bed and pillows were much more comfortable. The carpeting on each floor could be updated. For a 5 star resort, some onsite entertainment would be good. I was very disappointed with the hotel not honouring my request for a taxi to collect me from the airport on arrival, even though I emailed them in advance. I ended up using the airport taxi service. No acknowledgement at checkin or during my stay.

Petros and Cagen who worked in the lobby bar were fantastic and really made our trip with their positive attitude and friendly welcoming personality, We will miss them lots and they deserve a bonus or a raise 😊

The hotel was very lovely and the facilities were very great. it exceeded my expectations. 5/5. I would definitely come back. The Front office manager was very kind too when we switched room. Room 253 for an awesome sea view guys!

Our second year at the property and I was please to see that the standards are the same if not better than the year before.
The only issue we found was that the shower in the shower room had no pressure but it did not affect us to badly as it was a second shower

wonderful warm welcome with sparkling wine on arrival, staff were all lovely, hotel layout excellent - nice large beds, would have loved some soft pillows ( did ask for them and got brought the same ones we had) pool area was lovely - all ammentities well laid out - breakfast was fabulous and so was evening entertainment

Clean, excellent food and beverage selection, walkable location to both beach and amenities/restaurants, polite staff. Helpfulness and timliness of front desk and bar service could be improved. Both were sparcely staffed and wait for service and to have questions answered took too long.

- Very good breakfast buffet that doesn’t get cleared away too soon. Didn’t feel rushed as is often the way. Huge queue on Sunday at 9:45, but could be related to clocks changing?
- Room 154 - ‘Partial Sea View’ was still a good view, although directly above children’s playground which was noisy at points during the day.
- Very poor sound proofing between bedrooms, could hear talking, bathroom and impact sounds.
- Nice big bath and powerful shower, no taps for filling the bath which was strange.
- Good TV but struggled to mirror screen from iPhone
- Default pillows were too big and hard, but pillow change service is great. Cozy down pillows much softer
- Big comfy bed
- Bottled water with daily housekeeping service
