It was just ok.

Nice hotel as you would expect with a new hotel. Staff in general were helpful and polite. The big downside for me was the bars. The quieter downstairs bar seem to close at 10.30pm on the days it did open and the 5th floor rooftop bar which is a lovely venue wasnt a 4 star hotel bar per se. In the middle of a student area i would guess and that was very obvious by the clientele and the loud hip music. Nothing wrong that with that at all, but not what i was after when paying €350 per night. Saw alot of hotel residents turn on their heels and leave on entering. The young bar staff were efficient and polite, but seemed like all their mates were there too! Could learn alot from their sister hotels rooftop bar in Nice, which is a vastly better experience

Too much noice (until 5:30 am every morning) from the clubs next door. Bed too hard. Synthetic pillows that were too small. Synthetic duvet. Too pricey for the quality. Food good. Bad service in the bar.

Hotel OK, but the breakfast was so poor. Dead silence, no sound, no atmosphere. I was shocked. Don’t pay for this.

We loved the location, access to the tram, the view, the spacious bedroom and bathroom and separate toilet. We used the coffee machine and fridge daily. We enjoyed the amenities. We extended our stay because we enjoyed Bordeaux so much and we were so comfortable at the hotel. Aurelio was extremely helpful during checkin, when dealing with consecutive bookings in different names and when extending our stay. He went above and beyond so that we didn’t have to change rooms.

Room was nice and clean. Gym was well equipped. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge was rubbish didnt really get anything cold enough. Air con was good enough but could do with being lower than 19c.

The hotel decor is very sleek and modern. This is also reflected in the room decor. Well appointed room, very spacious with a king bed and super clean.

We only stayed one night in a superior room, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work, the window did not open and it was like a sauna, so we had to sleep with the room door open to get some air at times. There was also a terrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.Apart from that the hotel is ideally situated for amenities and trams to get into the centre of town.

The hotel room is clean and cozy, but the parking lot is very misleading and dangerous. My car was scratched by a strange metal thing on a pillar where the arrow on the ground lead me to before checking in (There are several car fragments on the ground showing that there have already been some accidents, but there is still not any sign or warning). Then the hotel management people told me the arrow direction on the ground is wrong, I should not follow it and drive from the only way out since it is a pedestrian zone??? An unbelievable and disappointed experience for my first vacation after Covid-19 in a 4 star hotel ever!!!

Perfect hotel in excellent location: restaurants, bars in walking distance. Highly professional, friendly and helpful staff. Great (new) condition of hotel and facilities.

Fantastic hotel lovely staff, had a fantastic stay

Great spacious room, location not so central to bordeaux center but you can hop on a tram (10 minutes walk to the tram) then 10 minutes later you are in central Bordeaux (Quinconces). Next to the hotel you can eat on a boat, terrace on 5th floor is nice but service very slow if you are lucky to get served (many people left as they had been waiting 20-30 minutes to get the waitress to pay attention to them). Best you go straight to the bar and ask what you want. Also, If you ask anything to the reception, you basically have to come get it yourself. So overall an okay experience.

Great new Hotel in the Northern part of Bordeaux, which is an up & coming area. Staff very friendly. Lovely bar on the 5th. Rooms very clean. Parking on site (had to pay extra). Perfect for what we needed.

The front desk check out agent was amazing! I had to check out in the morning, but was still in town sightseeing. They kept my suitcase but what’s more, he suggested that prior to taking my nighttime train, I could use the spa for a shower ( hot day). I thought that made him so thoughtful beyond any Other experience in even 5 star hotels. The second floor hotel room was very quiet. It faced the river. It made my Bordeaux experience the highlight of my French vacation. Thank you Radisson ! Ps did I mention the hotel is walking distance to the fantastic wine museum! Hundreds of bottles of local wine and you can try one glass of wine free with a purchased ticket. Well worth 20 euros.

Really enjoyable 4 night stay at this hotel - highly recommend it. The hotel is modern, new and very comfortable with good size rooms. The highlights for us were the fabulous, large roof terrace overlooking the quay and local area. There is a nice bar up here and the restaurant/breakfast room has roof access too - great views. Very friendly staff in the hotel. We had a slight mix up about connecting rooms on arrival but it was sorted efficiently and professionally. The secure parking (20 euros per day) was easily accessible and gave us piece of mind on our travels. Plus, with the hotel being on the edge of Bordeaux it was very easy to get out and about around the area. There is also a tram stop (Cite du Vin) about 300m walk away or you can walk the whole way along the riverfront into Bordeaux centre. As other reviews have mentioned the area around the hotel is being redeveloped so there is a fair amount of building work going on but we had no problem with noise at all. Very enjoyable stay.

The breakfast is so good and the room is clean - quiet. Recommend it with close eyes.
