Overnight stay prior to a flight. Room was very spacious, clean and very well appointed with very good shower, cold fridge and large comfortable bed. Staff were very polite, efficient and hotel transit bus very good.

The hotel was great overall; however, they send us a shuttle schedule and it was not up to date resulting in us not getting shuttle on time at the airport and losing a part of our concert that we were heading to. I hope they have a better eye when sending something like this.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many time, staff are warm and welcoming. Hotel has a sense of style, it’s clean. Its gluten-free ans allergy offers have serious room for improvement. But overall the staff make up for the shortfall in offering, not stuffy or pompous as in many other hotels.

The staff was top notch. Very safe and quiet area. The room was extremely neat and very well kept. The only thing I would have liked even more is if the sheets smelled freshly washed and if the overall smell of the place would have match Marriott’s standards. However, overall great hotel!

The Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel was clean, quiet and close to airport transportation and the train depot. The shuttle service was excellent and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant and bar where outstanding. Overall an excellent experience.

First time staying here - Beautiful hotel however not happy with some of the staff at reception I won't go into details
Xander - Restaurant - Fantastic service from him, he made my experience wonderful, Compliments to the chef for my dinner which was also my birthday absolutely Fabulous, my dinner was so good, I ordered it again for the second time that night and took it to my room, splendid. Even though my experience started off badly it finished off amazingly well, staff have to love the work they do if they don't it shows in their mannerisms, Big thank you to Xander and the chef at Dinner time

I cannot speak highly enough of the reception staff at this hotel (I wish I remember specific names!).
We booked this hotel at short notice due to a cancelled connecting flight. Arriving exhausted with children, the gentleman at reception proactively fixed an issue with our room booking to allow enough space for my family and was very friendly.
The rooms and facilities were also very nice, and the shuttle bus to the airport was excellent.
A brief stay, but the warm welcome of the staff after a difficult experience at the airport will long be remembered. Thank you

Not airport convenient, better to stay in the city. Shuttles do not run all the time, and they fill quickly.

Room was not ready until 6pm so that was very disappointing. Room is convenient, gym is good for an European hotel and the highlight is how close it is to the Amsterdam forest

Airport property that is a bit further from the airport than I expected. With that said, shuttle service worked great and rooms were clean/quiet/easy. Minus the distance (which is more my fault), was a great stay.

Beautiful place with a great breakfast. The rooms were large and functional. Staff was visible at all hours and were very friendly.
But if you need the airport shuttle: It was a minivan. After waiting the van filled up again with people who had just arrived; it took over an hour to get to the hotel. On the wait out of town the shuttle was on break outside of their posted schedule. The 7 minute drive was €30 in an Uber as we didn’t want to risk it. Timeliness and efficiency was why we chose an airport hotel versus something in town.

Clean, safe and quiet. Perfect place to stay after flying to Amsterdam.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Shuttle driver was not on posted schedule. Lounge did not open until 5 pm and only had one employee. Food was marginal at best. I've stayed in many Marriott/Renaissance properties and this was the worst.
