Amazing views! Comfortable bed and accommodations were wonderful. Ate breakfast and dinner every morning and evening. Food was excellent and prepared with kindness. Staff is exceptional. Didn’t want to leave this little piece of heaven.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here for our honeymoon. Our hotel space was beautiful and it offered a gorgeous view of the water. In addition, all of the staff were so friendly and they went above and beyond to help us in any way possible. If I could give this establishment more than five stars, I certainly would!

We loved our stay here, it was a gorgeous property with an amazing view! The staff was the cherry on top as they made us feel so welcome. Would definitely stay here again. My only slight criticism is the bed was not that comfortable (too firm for me) but it was bearable.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and well stocked. The view from the pool and from each of the rooms is absolutely breathtaking. But the most amazing part was the absolutely amazing staff - so warm and welcoming and did everything possible to make it a memorable stay. Would highly recommend.

The staff made everything easy and fun. The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was lovely. I would stay there again in a minute. The rooms are spacious with a separate bedroom and kitchen area. The kitchen is small but quite functional. The view is unbelievable. I can’t find a bad thing to say but one hint - when you arrive, go past the gate and turn around because the entrance is quite steep from the road. The first time you must press the button for them to open the gate - once in, they will give you a remote fob which works perfectly. Great staff!!

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Mosteiros Place, for a couple of days in mid-November, and that was a most delightful experience.
The check-in process was seamless, and the staff at the front desk were not only efficient but also genuinely friendly. Their warm welcome exceeded all expectations.
Throughout my stay, the staff consistently demonstrated exceptional service.
Room food service was one of my best culinary experiences. Breakfast was a culinary masterpiece, and the attentive service added to the overall enjoyment.

I totally recommend this hotel for a stay in Sao Miguel. The best breakfast we got on the island, the best room views, and the great cultural locations around it. Your must-have place.

This is a totally unique property in design, and staff. Beautiful setting with amazing views, pool, and outstanding staff. Adrianna, David, Vanessa were fabulous in their service attitude, kindness and so pleasant to get to know. Can't say enough great things about this place, great price for all of the comfort, service and amenities. Would definitely go back and will.

Our room had the most amazing view facing the ocean - and with floor to ceiling windows we could experience it all. Included daytime and nighttime views right from the living room. Add in the friendly hotel staff and tasty breakfast makes staying here a no-brainer.

The windows in each room give a spectacular view, especially of the sunset! We only stayed one night on our travel across the island, but it was a great choice! We hung by the pool and enjoyed the beautiful view and then enjoyed the sunset from our apartment room!

Mosteiros Place was unbelievable. If you’re thinking of staying anywhere else on the island DON’T! The place was beautiful, safe, and truly luxurious! Not to mention the service and the care of the employees was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend it enough if you’re going to Sao Miguel! Bonus if you have a rental car the parking situation and fob gate entry is great.

Staff is very caring, the place is super clean and well maintained, the breakfast is simple but very good! Modern, comfortable, and great amenities! Staff were welcoming and very accommodating. We had lost our luggage and staff were so kind to stock up all our toiletries and linens. There was also complimentary biscuits and drinks when we arrived! Will most definitely stay again!

The service was beyond excellent.
The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to every one of our needs. The property is in a very beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Even when all the restaurants in Mosteiros are closed, the property room service delivers hot, delicious and fresh foods.
The best and most warm feeling was on the last day. We were to leave the following morning at 6am, so the manager brought in the breakfast the previous night and stored it in our refrigerators so we could eat and then leave for the airport.
Thank you very much the entire staff at Mosteiros Place for making our trip so wonderful.

Moisteiros Place was just perfect. The hotel apartments are just beautiful. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning, and even ordered dinner in one night! Both Carla and Rubin were incredibly informative and helpful in planning our days. Should we return to Sau Miguel, we will definitely stay at Moisteiros Place!

We stayed at four different places on the island as we toured Sao Miguel for 8 days. This was our favorite, and we did not want to leave! We felt so welcome! The staff is the best and service is excellent! Bruno and the others treated us like family! The place is gorgeous and charming and luxurious. Our breakfasts were perfect and we had the option of eating in the dining area, decorated in crisp blue and white, or outside by the pool. This was the high point of our trip with this property and the surrounding areas being our favorite. There are not a lot of choices in the area to dine at, but that was the only negative thing about Mosteiros. We felt so comfortable here. It only has 6 rooms so everyone is treated so special. STAY HERE! It’s worth every penny!
