Beautiful area and hotel

I loved the view, I didn’t like no parking available with reservation.

Property overall was great, amazing view of NYC in the city view room, super clean and all staff was very helpful. Only downside was only one elevator was working and it took ages, made things inconvenient

Dirty for the price you pay. From the room itself having paint coming off in the ceiling to the breakfast tables, the outdoor tables and chairs need to be power washed or deep cleaned they are nasty. The breakfast was not tasty at all, got omelette, waffles, only the home fries were decent. The service was terrible, I drove 7 hours and called in advance to make sure they had the sky view, I was told yes and booked the room. When I arrived at the property they said they had a wedding and all the sky view rooms were booked before me somehow. I would have chosen another hotel if they told me this, that’s why I called in advance. When I asked about a refund the front desk told me there’s nothing they could do since I ordered it through Expedia.

The staff were helpful and attentive especially if they see your lost someone always help , very clean hotel they never missed a spot. Hotel was quiet, bed was extremely comfortable. It’s a perfect hotel for a romantic getaway and everything was walking distance. Not to far from SoJo spa. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends , I will be going back again !!!

Great location to NYC! Excellent staff, BUT hotel has literally no amenities for a family. Check in was like entering a rave nightclub due to a private event that consumed the entire weekend (no access to many things). Room had no air conditioning or batteries for remote. After working on AC unit to change components we had air (thankyou maintenance = outstanding) Really deserved a new room or discount since it was a long trip, them 2 hours of AC work while we sat around to find out we couldnt use bar, restaurant and rooftop area. Geez

The views were awesome. Room was great, area was incredible for walking and exploring. Lots of eating options within short drives.

Near public transportation

Beautiful views and romantic. Loved staying here and will definitely stay again. Don’t forget to visit their restaurant.

This was our second stay at this property while visiting NYC, and it was for my husband’s birthday. We arrived a few minutes after check-in time and there still weren’t any rooms ready, so we had to wait a bit. Unfortunately, we were already cutting it close to our dinner reservation so this put us behind and we had to reschedule our plans. There are only two elevators, and one was out of order so that slowed everything down drastically between the ground level, the hotel lobby, and the room floors. I was told we could park in the garage but our room key didn’t work at the entrance, so we took a parking ticket just to expedite things and ended up paying to park. By the time we finally got to the room (after waiting for the one working elevator, again), the sinks were dirty: faucets had stains, there was some sort of brown water left behind, and the last person’s toothpaste appeared to still be splattered on the mirror. After spending hours in the car driving there, this was not the arrival we wanted. The property has amazing views and a stellar location on the water, but this will certainly be the last time we stay here. Hopefully others have better experiences than we did.

Elevators didn’t work and there was a false fire alarm that made everyone exit the building in the morning making things very inconvenient

Bar closes early...but all was perfect

No elevator in our building site for three straight days having to pass trough 6th floor marriott inn for anything wasnt really appreciated or convenient. Internet was awful 2 out of 3 days, wasnt even able to do email properly.

Second time staying at the Envue. Fabulous location with amazing views of the New York skyline. Spacious rooms, friendly staff & loved the NoHu rooftop restaurant & bar. Port Imperial water taxi takes you across the Hudson River to NYC in 7 mins or less. The best!!

Views were beautiful. Aquil was also so helpful and made the stay that much better! Only stayed one night so we were not able to use all the amenities but we took a walk around and everything looked nice. Room could be a tiny but cleaner due to hair found around the bathroom.
