The hotel looks amazing but we did not sleep well because of noise from furniture being moved above. Early hours of the morning constant moving. When asked to be moved the hotel was apparently full so we had to endure the random noises for another 2 nights. The location is great and a lovely set up with the forecourt too. Perhaps a little too much style over substance.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. They have the best restaurants located in the first floor. The service was amazing, the room was very spacious, and with a nice spa.

Great place to stay and the staff are all, exceptional. It is easy to say I know, but I don’t often see people that not only know what they are doing, but are friendly and genuine. Roof top area (bar maybe) needed urgently…

This is a great hotel to stay in while exploring Cagliari. The location is central to many sights. The rooms were very nice and our bathroom was large - esp for european standards.

Whilst there were many positives about this hotel, there are also areas that require improvement. Let’s start with the positives. 1. The lobby, bar & restaurant are aesthetically pleasing and create a warm, cosy feeling about the place. 2. The courtyard with its immense options of restaurants and shops is a definite bonus and there is always a buzz about the place - especially in the evenings. The pizza restaurant is by far the best of the food options available. 3. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. 4. The location of the hotel was also quite good, with most attractions a walking distance. Now the cons 1. The service at breakfast & food available. I was shocked at the quality of food: it was one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel. The hot option was minimal with only eggs, bacon & mushrooms. There were only 2 cuts of charcuterie meats & the cheese on display was sweaty. Once the bread in the tray had finished, there was no replenishment. As for the continental, it was all pastries & cakes. There was a good range of fruit but not fresh, some of the strawberries were off. Overall, the service was poor with the restaurant staff confusing customer’s coffee orders. 2. The cleanliness of the rooms. There was a lot of dust & although the tiled floors were hoovered, they weren’t mopped so our socks were dirty. Although when this was pointed out, the staff were quick to respond and address it. It was an ok hotel but personally, I wouldn’t return

Beautiful property and the staff was excellent!!! 5 star all around…

Overall this is a great property. Newly built and well located. Getting dropped off Or getting a taxi can be tricky. When we arrived there was a major traffic cluster because the drive was blocked by a parked car with no owner in sight. The hotel should have been on top of this and helping.

Location was OK - about 15 minutes walk from Marina area All the staff were engaged, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was OK. In addition to buffet, Coffee, juice and egg dishes served at table was good. No kettle in room and although there is a pool in the basement, use of it requires a Spa pass at a cost of €50 per person for 90 minutes. Prestige room was good. Sooo many towels and changed twice a day!. But all these rooms face the courtyard and Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun nights were too noisy to sleep before midnight / 1am.

Absolutely great

It was my first time visiting Italy and I chose an absolutely perfect hotel. Everything was perfect. I want to thank Silvio at the American Cafe for his exceptional service and recommendations. I can't wait to visit again.

A very nice hotel, looks very new, perfect location to explore Cagliari or the wider area. It has a parking garage (a bit pricey at €20/night). Also a spa with small pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a large gym. On the square there are several very good restaurants. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. On new years day they even gave guests a free (and very nice) panettone, delivered to the room with a note. Not the cheapest hotel but worth the money. Very pleasant stay.

The property is well located, elegantly appointed and staffed by friendly, capable people. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The inner courtyard provides an oasis of serenity and community after busy days exploring the city.

An excellent hotel!! My room was so beautiful (very elegant and tasteful decor/branding) and everything so comfortable, especially the bed! The location is convenient and quiet, and the staff lovely and helpful. There is a good gym within the hotel as well as lovely restaurants. Breakfast is very good. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

New hotel with great courtyard of variable dining options. Wonderful welcoming service, perfect linens ! Great AC and WiFi. Best breakfast in our month throughout Sardinia. Can’t say enough good things about this property! Walk to shopping, old town and dining. Longish cab ride to beaches. Would only stay here on return to Cagliari.
