The place was falling apart! They had no pool, no breakfast. Tub was peeling, curtains were ripped. Had a group of “workers” partying all night in the parking lot. Mess!

Its says it has breakfast but didn't. Also pool not useable deck around pool boards rotting. Room was not clean lots of dust mirrors dirty

Needs a serious deep clean and update, but you get what you pay for

Our room had literally roaches crawling all over the place. I submitted pictures of them to prove it as well!

Asked for a non smoking disability accessable room and got a upstairs smoking room. Had to buy candles for the smell. Multiple stains throughout the room and just not very clean like. Staff was nice though! Cheap motel you pay for what you get

I love the staff. The motel is just located in old facility. The room are great.

There was a dirty damp towel on my pillow underneath the blanket in the bed when I arrived. Overall appearance was dirty.it needs new paint and carpet and the walls are so thin I could hear the people next door loud and clear.

The staff are professional and courteous. It is just an older facility away from shopping and nothing within walking distance.

I would not recommend staying here. Seems fine from the outside but when you walk inside there’s a lot that makes you question your safety. Window front rooms some of them broken and taped over. It was clear there was no way to ensure my safety as I didn’t have a solid wall/door. There was also black hair in my sink and bed.

Everything there was bad i had payed for 4 nights but left after my daughter's graduation on friday. The pool was ugly the rooms were dirty all pictures on the wed are old. Stairs were broken and holding up by a brick.

We booked two rooms for 4 days - 3 nights. One of our rooms had no light bulbs in the room. My boyfriends daughter did not feel comfortable staying the night in her room because there were 3 large guys lingering around right outside of her room. They made it a point to watch us every time we came out of the room. Everything was dirty, and the doors didn’t lock very well. We checked in, stayed for about 20 minutes and left.

Let me start with the stairs going up to my room were a disaster, the first 3 steps were broken. The paint on the front door was peeling off and the concrete was falling apart. Inside it was hot and had a really bad smell. The comforter was all stained and a outlets went there was only one working and it was behind the bed. The sheets had a bad smell the furniture was worn out and uncomfortableas well. I couldn't sleep so I checked out a day early.

My grandkids were happy about the pool and it was cleaned and the beds were lumpy from the other 2 beds on bottom but it was enjoyable and quiet

I actually did not stay there. Check in the lady was nice but smelled in the lobby. Went to the room I was checked into once I found a light switch the first thing I seen was roaches that where alive. Also lots of dusts and dead bugs ones in the window seal.

Condemned building still being utilized. Our door had a two-inch open gap due to unlevel structure, luckily no one decided to push it in while we attended Army family day. The electrical outlet near the hair dryer was so worn that anything plugged in did not stay in. So many more...

Old and dirty

I like how I get the same room at every stay and o truly enjoy the privacy I’m given from not only the staff but from other guests as well.

I had booked the room several weeks in advance due to it being Christmas weekend. We both go in to check in. The lobby was fairly dark for early afternoon and very cold could tell the heater wasn’t on or up very high. Not a big thin we start checking in it took a good 30 mins to do that. The lady we talked to was very nice she was trying to get us booked in and actually got the room for cheaper then we initially thought which was great. We got checked and went over to where our room was located. Mind you there was an Arctic freeze going on so it was -2 that day. My husband goes in first to get the room warmed up. I have a condition where I absolutely can not get cold. He comes back out we wait about 20 mins before I go in and time for the heater to take the chill off the room. I go in and it’s ice cold. I check the heater it’s blowing cold air. My husband goes to the lobby and says something to the male employee he informs my husband that it was a new heater. ( mind you the heater look very old and you can tell it’s been there a while not to mention pieces of hard plastic is breaking off the top) So I go back to the car where the heater is to wait. The female worker come over and goes in. It sure what was said and then she leave we decided will take a shower while the room warms up. So we turn on the water and we wait 5 mins i go check it and it’s ice cold. So no heat or hot water at all. At this point we decided to get our money back and go else where.

The marquee light was out, making it harder to find. The toilet was running when I got to the room and wouldn't stop. The stairs to the upper floor were broken. There was no breakfast, and the wi-fi wasn't reliable.

At the middle of the night I get out with etching body and the follow days I have sleep with cloth on and don’t use the cover bed because I think the have bed bugs in my neck and arms are red spots 😡bad experience

Even thought the website and the lit-up sign out front boast a breakfast THERE IS NO BREAKFAST DUE TO COVID?! (They are very behind the times!) If I would have known that I would have stayed somewhere else. Definitely one of the most run-down place I’ve ever stayed. But the beds were clean and decently comfortable. The room itself was not horrible but the blow dryer and half the outlets didn’t work. I would definitely not stay there again.

Pictures on hotel.com is deceiving. Entering room, the light switch did not work nor does the lamp at bedside nearest the door. Had to walk into dark room to flip lamp switch on at desk. Room very worn. Inside Fridge is dirty and broken, but worked. Bathtub broken at spicket (looks punched in), but water pressure was good. Being solo I didn’t feel the lock on the door was enough so I propped a chair under the handle. The bed was ok. Pictures on hotel.com shows area to eat in main building but it’s closed STILL because of Covid and their vending machine was almost empty.
