Very modern and clean hotel. The beds were comfortable and happy with the free breakfast. It was a nice hotel to rest during our 14 hour move across the country with a dog and two young children. Friendly staff and nice hotel to stay at!

Very convenient location as I was working at Clemson for a couple of days. About a 6 minute drive to campus. Plenty of food options in the area and the workout facility was great.

It was ok they only had one elevator working and the other had an odd smell to it. The lobby was very nice. The tv was also nice.

The room size is very small. The air conditioning did not work to the expected levels meaning the room was so humid that the towels would not dry. We were only given two towels for two people. We were given 2 cups for two people. there is no closet, So no extra blanket. If you want ice and freshwater, you need to go to the first floor.

Rooms were not ready for check in 3 hours past the normal check in time of 3:00 due to “short staffing.” 1 of the 2 elevators was “out of service “ during a very busy college move in weekend . Ran out of things during breakfast including coffee. We won’t be back.

Everything was great about this hotel, they even have a Peloton and the gym is great . My only complaint is the AC, it was warm and humid even when air was all the way down. The AC gym was the same .

door to room would not shut without slamming/pushing closed. only one elevator operating. sprinklers spray vehicles, concrete and asphalt instead of grass. all cold drinks at breakfast were hot. king room was incredibly small.
the soap/shampoo/conditioner is good quality. good water pressure and hot water shower. hbo premium channels. coffee is good. breakfast is good. ac cold. walking distance to stores and restaurants. hotel itself appears clean.

Room was dirty. In corners. Dirt collected on bed frame. Under bed frame. 3 rd floor corridor/hallway had no air conditioning. Smelly and musty.

There was a qtip on floor when we got there. We tried two rooms and couldn’t get the blinds to work properly in either. I also thought it would be closer on lake front based on map. Otherwise, it served its purpose.

The air conditioning in the hallways, elevator and lobby wasn’t working or not turned on. It was so hot and humid in the hallway that the metal locks on the room doors had condensation on them and water was running down the door. There was no one behind the desk in the morning and a line started forming. 3 lighting fixtures in my room were not working. The alarm clock went off at 5 am and I couldn’t figure out how to shut it off. After getting back to sleep, it went off again. Frustrating

The ice machine wasn't working, they did get it fixed later that day.
I was trying to buy bottle water but the lady at the desk stopped to speak to another employee and after that she told me to give her a minimum while she finished checking someone out. I ended up putting the water back and stopped at the gas station.

We came for the football camp and were very happy with our stay. All of the staff were super warm and friendly, everything was very clean, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

Other than the grounds being leaf blown at 8:00am stay was great. We were on the first floor with a room in the front, it was very loud and annoying. Was praying to sleep in due to a very late drive and check in. The room on top of us was also loud, a kid kept running around.

Clean and comfortable. Seems newer than some of the other Clemson area properties. Good water pressure and updated bathroom. Allows dogs and seems walkable to Death Valley. Across the street from Clemsons rec area by the lake.

Over all stay was great. Loved the look and feel of this Hotel. Only complaint I have is I found hairs (plenty) in my bed sheets. My bed had not been cleaned and it was made up. I had a king room and no other room was available when I found my bed. Front desk offered to change my bed.
