Lovely little hotel in the forest. Quiet and secluded. Rooms are clean with lovely bathrooms. Dinner was delicious. Staff were polite, welcoming and super friendly. Would definitely stay again

Amazing accommodation set in the valley of the black spur. Very spacious rooms with everything we needed added bonus having a beautiful restaurant for dinner and breakfast just downstairs.

From the moment we drove into the entrance we were blown away about how nice it looked. The room was brilliant. The service was brilliant and friendly and were more than helpful. Food was excellent. Thoroughly recommend it for a little escape

We had a wonderful stay! While this was our first visit here it will not be the last. Beautiful rooms, location and surrounds, wonderful lovely staff with a top waitress Bernie! All staff and management made our stay comfortable, warm and welcoming. Breakfast and Dinner were perfect. Not far to visit Bruno's Sculptural Gardens which is a must also as well as Steavensons Falls.

I had such a beautiful 'home' feeling stay. Right from the greeting to the very end, nothing was too hard. There was extra effort to just make you feel at 'home'. I liked the little touches like french press brew coffee, a port decanter for the evening, biscuits, etc, etc. The room was of a very good size, warm, inviting, and just so comfortable. I had dinner and breaky there both were home style great meals. I thank all the staff for such a lovely stay and I shall definately be back. Thank You

Our room had a double bed and a single bed and it was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of lighting. The included breakfast was tasty. You could have dinner at their restaurant too. The staff is friendly. Not too far from either Healesville or Marysville. Overall, a great place to stay.

The rooms were very comfortable. Very handy to have a mini fridge and kettle to make coffee & tea. Had a table with chairs and a couch so it was very nice to be able to sit and relax with our coffee. Bathroom was very nice, brand new. Shower was very weak, no pressure. Double bed was super hard. Single bed was super soft and noisy. I ended up sleeping with the mattress on the floor. Breakfast was included. I’ve tried different options and every single one was really good. We had dinner there on night. Food was really good but they took 1 hour and 15 minutes to bring it.

The dining area features an atrium style design looking out at the surrounding bushlands, the menu and wine-lists clearly demonstrate the level of professionalism you will experience across the entire establishment. The accommodation is more than generous in scale and meticulously presented to the guest.
