If u are looking for a clean simple and safe place this is it , my room was small , but was only for shower and sleep , very very clean , and the staff (TIFFANY ) was wonderful !!! So close to everything

Close to all attractions in Put in Bay. One block from main area. We had a basement bungalow. A bit sparse with furniture but clean and comfortable. Bed could be larger. Not sure it was a queen.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a Family Reunion. We rented a room at the Lodge. It was very clean and additional requests were addressed promptly and professionally. The location was perfect and the room was just what we needed for our stay. The staff was exceptional and happy to help with everything we needed. Highly recommended!!

Perfect location for all the put in bay activities. No complaints was very comfy and the woman in charge was great. Would stay here again no doubt.

the suite was big, clean, and nice. parking in the golf cart was confusing at first.

Our room was ready early, the staff was wonderful, and our the room was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion i would give is that we were staying in tge badement level and there were no lights fown thete. We had to use tge flashlight on our phones.

Not as advertised very small and extremely over priced. Pictures online showed multiplerooms rooms and we were all shoved in one room with 6 people some whp snored and 1 bathroom woth no lock. For the price you could stay at a 5 star hotel. Very small and confined

The people were lovely. Everyone was polite and helpful. The room was extremely clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again or recommend it to others.

Harriet's house was very clean and was outstanding compared to many of the surrounding venues. The staff were friendly, helpful and gracious. We will refer friends and we will stay there again when we can.

Conner our host was amazing, any question or request he had answers or he made it happen. He went beyond his duties to ensure we had a great experience.

Limited parking could be a problem for some guests, but so many restsurants are within walking distance that use of a vehicle isn't mandatory. Plus, the facility has many golf carts available for rental.

Denny and Linda were awesome! Make sure to rent your cart from them, it was the best price on the island!

The room was clean and the staff was nice! The walls are thin, which is to be expected given that the island is a party spot, but I didn’t have trouble sleeping. We did have to strip the beds and take out the trash, which was a weird ask from a $300+/night hotel, but otherwise everything was very chill. The location is perfect, we didn’t need a golf cart except for the family fun cave.

Rented the Lodge room. It was very small. Basically a small bedroom with a bathroom. But overall it was clean and well kept. Was expecting a 40 inch tv but was surprised with a small tiny tv hanging in the corner. Wouldn’t be a big deal any other time except football was on and no bars around we’re playing the game I wanted to watch. Also it isn’t advertised that they rent golf carts through them so we ended up spending a lot more through a different company. But again we had a great overall stay at Harriet’s house. The staff was very nice. Very close to the action and we would stay here again.

Great place to stay right downtown. Cheapest way to get a golf cart over night as well! We'll be back
