My bed sheet has blood stain…

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel that truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The location was superb, providing a perfect balance between easy access to major attractions and the tranquility of quieter neighborhoods. The accommodations were impeccable, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From the elegant decor to the exceptional service, every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The experience was nothing short of exceptional, embodying the highest standards of luxury and comfort.

Excellent hotel, and rebooked to come back

Excellent holiday with my family. Great staff, really beautiful rooms, very clean, and a fantastic evening meal on the rooftop terrace. Also, just a perfect location for visiting Valetta and the ferries. We did however think that the photos flattered the size of the pool and sunbed area- it was much smaller than we thought it would be and there was little cover to shield from the sun. The staff however did their best to find us a bit of shade so again I can't fault them for their attentiveness and being helpful. A lovely holiday however and I hope we can return sometime!

Loved the hotel, everybody was so helpfull and nice. It's super well located, close to every attraction in Valletta.

What a gem! Location is top notch, walking distance to most tourist points in Valletta and surrounded by great eats. Gorgeous boutique hotel, as you walk in it smells like heaven, and you’re greeted with a little Prosecco. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable bed/pillows/robes/towels. If you have a balcony it may get a little loud with late night laughter coming from the bars/restaurants (but who doesn’t enjoy a little laughter?). The icing on the cake is the staff … friendly, super helpful, always going above and beyond. Our checkout was at 5am, and knowing we would miss breakfast they had a couple of to go bags for us with sandwich, fruit cup, cookies and juice. Nice touch! Thank you Aleksandar and the rest of the team for playing a part in making our fist time in Valletta Malta one to remember. We’ll be back!

Centrally located, well-kept hotel

BOOK IT!! Perfect location. Couldn't be happier. Modern, nice amenities, professional and super nice staff. Prosecco and cold washcloth on arrival. 24hr desk, pool, spa, restaurant. Not too big/impersonal and not too small. Beautiful renovation. Given age of the building there may be a layout quirk or two. There is a water station on every floor so you can refill bottles. Booked transport to/from airport thru the hotel and couldn't be happier (we usually do ourselves). For those travelling from the US, we highly recommend this lovely modern European 4-4.5 star hotel. No dedicated concierge but front desk will happily help, couple of stairs on entrance but a glass lift should you need. Our room for 6 nights was fantastic! (terrace sea view jacuzzi) but quite dark; could use brighter lights. Outlets and USB ports appreciated, note there are none in bathroom. The restaurant on the roof is next to the pool. Great view and ambiance but sorry to say food at dinner was underwhleming. Overall, a gem in a very interesting country. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so welcoming.

We came in a group of friends for a wedding. Very nice stuff, service and great views from the pool and terrace. The room was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Definitely we will come back and I would recommend the hotel.

Don’t hesitate to stay here! So stunning in a central location, close to the shopping district and not far from all the sights—highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Valletta at the Embassy hotel. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous hotel, centrally located and really good amenities including amazing roof top swimming pool and bar & restaurant. Couldn’t fault it and would highly recommend.

Great rooftop pool and bar with attentive and friendly staff

We had a faultless stay. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed, the rooms spacious and comfy with great air con. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast amazing, with a huge selection. The rooftop pool absolutely stunning too.

My Mother and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at the Embassy Valletta Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. The buffet-style breakfast was lovely, with plenty of options: hot-cooked breakfast, yoghurt, fruit and pastries. The rooftop pool and sun loungers are a great addition, although this area can get very busy with people using the pool itself as more of a hot tub, as opposed to swimming in there. The hotel itself is in a brilliant location and central, so you can walk pretty much everywhere with ease. We also loved the fact that this hotel has partnered with L’Occitane En Provence, providing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. This is also in line with the hotel's ethos of reducing water waste and recycling. We will be staying in this hotel again and can't wait for next year's holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Valetta. A pristine hotel in an excellent central location. Rooftop pool and bar/restaurant have the most stunning views and are there for absolute relaxation. Would definitely stay here again.

Three stars for this hotel is generous. If you are looking for an upscale, comfortable stay with incredible service, stay away. Some of the staff were great but others were incredibly rude. The AC in one of our rooms didn’t work properly for over 24hrs. The sheets were dirty in one of our rooms and the mattresses need to be replaced. They don’t even provide proper face towels in the rooms. More importantly, when items were requested it often took multiple follow up calls to receive them. Trying to turn the lights on and off is like figuring out a riddle…they should provide clear instructions when you check in. Our stay here left us wanting a refund. The best part about this property is the rooftop pool with an incredible view. I’d recommend staying elsewhere and coming here for a drink.

This hotel is in a prime location and it has an amazing view from the pool but it’s very noisy at night

Excellent hotel in a perfect spot to see Valletta. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well apportioned. Restaurant was excellent and the rooftop bar had a great view and good service.

We stayed for 3 nights at The Embassy hotel In room 506 which had a large balcony with a Jacuzzi The views were amazing and in the afternoon it was a sun trap well worth paying extra for this facility The bed was really comfortable and the decor was lovely The staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast was ok but not the best The location was perfect near to to everything would highly recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel! The view from the rooftop was unbelievable. The infinity pool at the rooftop gave another dimension! Staff was very accommodating! All in all it was Perfect stay!

The Embassy Valetta Hotel is a Maltese gem! It was our first time exploring this magical country, and we wanted a stylish hotel, well located to explore the best that Malta has to offer. We were so impressed with our stay here - from the friendly staff, to the gorgeous room, and delicious breakfast. The hotel is incredibly well located, right off of one of Valetta’s main thoroughfares, and near to a variety of both touristic, and local, spots. The room itself was comfortable, well appointed and with a large balcony which allowed for airflow in the room. We were visiting in April, but because of Malta’s location right at the bottom of southern Europe, it was warm and so we were glad for this touch. The breakfast is served on the hotel’s contemporary styled rooftop, with panoramic views over Malta, a vista we simply fell in love with. We also appreciated that they served both continental European, and Maltese, breakfast dishes so we could choose what we felt like each day. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel for your stay in Malta!

Amazing roof terrace. Nice and clean with excellent service

A really good hotel in the center of Valetta - ideal for sightseeing, dining and nightlife. Hotel itself has a great restaurant on the roof of the building with stunning views and also a heated swimming pool! The staff could not be nicer or more welcoming. We would like to stay there again.
