A decent and clean room with a semi-comfortable mattress in a rougher part of town that didn’t feel entirely safe. Clueless service with staff members hovering awkwardly or approaching suddenly in a creepy way. Not very helpful and not available when needed. Smoking allowed very close to guest rooms. A negative experience overall.

The room was not an ocean front view as it was advertised as it was a pool view. It was a long walk to parking on the street that was not convenient. The room was great in that it had high end furniture, fixtures, etc.

The on site bar had food as well and tge drinks and food were great. The staff was super nice and inviting. They were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were beautifully furnished and super clean. I highlighy recommend renting a suite, it is well worth it. 5 Stars all around.

My only negative comment is it is hard to get luggage to hotel because it is on the beach. There is one side walk but takes a long way to get back to hotel. However the flip side to this is it is up close and personal with the rolling waves and beautiful view of the ocean.

This is a well appointed gem on the beach! There is a friendly bar out back. It’s clean, centrally located and everyone was so friendly…they even had bicycles for us to use!

We had a great time here. Carla at the desk and the rest of the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They even helped with booking an excursion for us. Our room was lovely. Having “Alexa” in the room was also nice as we could play whatever music we wanted to hear and control the air conditioner.
The only downsides we found were the lack of hotel signage on the main road and some trash coming up on the beach or in the surrounding areas, not on the hotel property.
Overall, we absolutely loved it, and will be back!

Wow... Best hotel in Belize. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff is amazing! The rooms are neat and modern. Great access to the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Toucan Jacks (thatched roof bar) is the perfect place for a cool drink. Best of all is the staff is friendly and can take care of all your needs. Will return someday.

It’s a pretty newer hotel. It has a tiny pool which was great in a way because there were too many sea weeds all over placencia the week we were there and this was a good refreshing way

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze. Best hotel we have ever stayed to be honest. From the moment we got there and met Carla it was just the best week ever. The location was awesome, room superb and Carla and the owners even better. Would highly recommend it to everyone we know.

A beautiful property well maintained by the friendly and helpful owners and staff. There were many comfortable amenities and details in the room, such as abundant space for clothes and a bench in the shower with a rainfall shower head. Conveniently located in the village close to shops, restaurants and bars and right on the beach with a nice pool, beach chairs, hammocks with live music and fish bbqs!

No lightbulbs in the lamps, the vent was howling incredibly loudly, cleaner left products on the bench, concierge gave us the key to an already occupied room, a painting trying to conceal the electric box only half covered it. Very shabby.

Craig and Reisa are excellent hosts. The amenities are the resort are luxurious. If you are looking for quality service, excellent amenities and tranquility by the beach in Placencia then look no more because this resort is the place for you. This facility exceeded my expectations.

My husband and I stayed at Ocean Breeze for 5 nights and it was even better than we expected. The location was perfect - all rooms have an ocean view, its within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The owners are warm and welcoming and provided us with additional assistance with setting up the best snorkel tour.
