Extremely nice staff.

Everything about this hotel is perfect, from the rooms, to the fitness center, the pool, and the breakfast taste homemade. I will stay again.

Good place and reasonable price

Slow check in. Everyone was there at the check in time and only one staff person. But all ok. Sofa bed had hole in arm, whiched seemed odd. Overall good condition. Having a later check out time was really nice. Just seemed over priced for area.

Check in time was 3. Several people were trying to check in at 430 and rooms were not ready. Had to stand in a long line only to be told to come back because the room wasnt ready..very dirty and entrance had a large amount of dried blood on the ground. Nasty

The property is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful i forgot my card twice and the lady who worked in the early morning shift is the best she helped me in twice and i was so grateful for her she is amazing thank you for the good stay

Great property. Would stay again but would definitely check directly with the property for rates. We paid more through Expedia and had a problem with our rental car. Good luck trying to talk to a live Expedia Representative.

Our one night stay was fine. Room was clean breakfast was not the best but it was very busy and the staff worked hard but could have better choices.

Easy to get around the area. Staff was super friendly!

After many hours of traveling, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. There was a sign saying they were away from the desk. After waiting over 15 minutes, the gentleman in front of me in line who had also been waiting,called the number on the sign, he didn’t receive a response. Mind you it says it’s an emergency. He’d been waiting longer than me. I called the number as well, no response. He had booked through the hilton app and said he was able to do an electronic check in. I booked through hotels.com so didn’t give me an option for that. I waited almost 30 min, people are lined up behind me, and finally the lady comes. She said she had a mess in the conference room she had to clean up. She was friendly and apologetic. Shouldn’t cleaning be a housekeeping responsibility I thought to myself. Anyway, the cleaning was average, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed well, crumbs scattered. Just needed more detailed cleaning. Stains on the chair and carpet. I paid for a suite, it was a large room with fridge and sink. Had nice views of the mountains.

Very nice area to stay. Walkable restaurants and shopping options. Has a walking path near a pond for peace and quiet.

My only complaint is that i booked a room with a bathtub and didn't get a bathtub. I just wanted a bath. Everything else is great!
