Property was a 5 star. It felt authentic in that it was off of the road where there were tourist. it did not feel like a tourist environment. the grounds were beautiful, the staff were amazing and accomodating. I loved my room, but i was not happy of the location. it was down stairs which really made my knees hurt. i am a senior and that was too much on my knees. to accomodate the manager Eva provided me with a complimentary massage. The young man that picked me up from the airport upon my arrival until my departure was stellar his name is Wayan Siatusa. Great young man, polite, professional, knowledgeable and made my visit quite amazing. Thank you Wayan. Michele Johnson 9-16 thru 9-20-2023

The hotel and staff were brilliant and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and having an in house transport offering was brilliant to be able to explore safely with no hassle in finding taxi’s to bring you back. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious. The resort was beautiful and full of Zen.

Let me first start by saying I am hard pressed about giving this place a good review because I really wanted, however I have to give it an honest rating as do all the places I visit. I just want others to be made aware. The property looks great on photos and paper; however, the pools were dirty, the room smelled of mold and musk, there was loud Indian music in our hallway until 11pm, TV options were limited, shower and tap water smelled of raw sewage, the toilet was open glass top to bottom so no privacy from anyone in the room and there was a light on outside the bathroom window which was on all night and could not be shut off from out suite and lit up the room all night as there were no bathroom doors. We paid 2 nights, non-refundable room and left after one and went to another location. The place is clearly outdated and will most likely fizzle out unfortunately. It does have a lot of potential but will need some love and attention. Before Covid or 2020 this place was happening by the sounds of it but since after its shifted. The staff were amazing and accommodating and if it was not for their kindness and hospitality we would have left as soon as we arrived. I hate being that guy to give poor reviews however ... no surprises coming from my review.

Great experience- especially the complimentary yoga with Putu made my day start right! I had some issues with cleaning and something wrong with the ac, however the team were happy to quickly respond and resolve it. Nothing major and everything else like food, comfort and amenities was perfect. Overall super delightful stay and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Excellent stay! This is the most lovely resort I've ever been. Room is really spacious and bright. But more than that, All of the staffs were super friendly and helpful. Love this place. Swimming pool and Outside hot tub are gorgeous. Also programs they offer (such as Yoga, Romantic acoustic...) were also great. Would definetely come back!!

Ambiance, staff, cleanliness, food, flexibility, amenities 5/5. We enjoyed how the staff were very friendly and accomodating. They offered a lot of special experience that we enjoyed. For example - spa, floating breakfast... I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends...

Absolutely beautiful hotel grounds, complete with natural waterfalls. Extremely friendly staff who made an effort to remember our names and room number. Couldn’t fault anything!

If you want to retire together in the jungle with comfort, then this is the perfect place! Delicious food, gorgeous views of the rainforest, waterfall, attentive staff!

Lovely newly built hotel, great views and staff. Needs some improvement in delivering the evening entertainment, but Im sure they will learn with time. Some food was great, some so so. Chefs better making Indonesian dishes and lovely pasta rather than western dishes. A bit secluded so more suitable for those looking to stay in the hotel or rent a scooter

We enjoy the scenery and spacious room. We did not like having to ask everymorning for refills of coffee and condiments in the room. Also we had to choose our breakfast the night before.

This is a new hotel and it’s absolutely fantastic. Condition is perfect clean and well looked after. Staff is amazing. Negative side is it’s far from Ubud but if you want the perfect mountain surroundings this is the perfect hotel.Also there’s not a great variety of breakfast menu. But all in all it’s a great hotel.

Very beautiful room and nice resort 20 min drive away from ubud center. if you’re looking for night life, this is not for you. service is slow, breakfast is so-so. but staffs are helpful.

Very beautiful resort, the room is nice and spacious also has a very beautiful view and beautiful decoration. Food is also nice and reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay at The Aksari resort. Thank you.

The Hotel was quiet nice. The rooms are very big and also the cleanless was good as well as in the Public area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view is unique and the infintiy Pool tops the whole thing. We got a floating breakfast in the Pool which was very taste. The Restaurant and the Service was also Perfect. Who likes to be pampered, is exactly right there. with a massage in the spa, you can relax well. I can only recommend the Aksari resort and I will do that to all those who want to come to Bali.
