Really lovely stay and amazing super friendly staff, no tray charge on room service is a nice touch and makes up for lack of tea and coffee facilities in room. Rooms are very large and we had a lovely balcony with a great view of the bay. WiFi is not the best in room if you are on a working holiday but fine in the restaurant/lobby

Breakfast was good and had a nice choice of continental and English.
Great beach across the road to Lori Beach and bar. Which was nice and peaceful. Ksamil was only a 10min walk into town.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Stayed on the 1st floor & patio was nice and private. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was good, with variety. Short walk into main beach town - lots of restaurants & shops. Spent the day at Lori Beach (just across the street from the hotel) - quite nice. 2 sunbeds with umbrella was 1500 leke (15 euros).

Very pleased, with both the stay and the straff! Really pleasant room, and the staff very soo friendly snd accomodating! Went out of their way to help, when issues not relater to the hotel arrived. Really greatful, and happy I stayed here!🙏💖

Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel staff were super helpful, the facilities and AirCon top notch, and everything spotless throughout. A small but tasty breakfast too. Special mention goes to the ladies on reception and cleaners. Thank you!

It is a nice clean hotel. Their free beach with amenities is not in walking distance but there are several beaches right next to the hotel . Huge buffet breakfast

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. An easy walk into town and beaches with loads of restaurants and bars. Private beach is a 5 minute drive away but there are plenty of others within walking distance of the hotel with sunbeds available for around 1000 lek per day.

Information about hotel on booking site was incredibly deceiving. I booked this hotel which was considerably more expensive than other options because it stated private beach. One would expect the private each to be close to the hotel but it was not…. The site should mention that! If you want to go to the private beach you need a car or pay €10 round trip taxi because the beach is a bit far! I also booked a room with partial sea view and when this site sent the information to the hotel they did not reserve what I booked. Hotels.com is very shabby in that manner.
The hotel itself was amazing, the staff was very helpful, room was great! The private beach was also simply amazing and the beach staff was fabulous. Deliver your cocktails to you on your beach chair, my idea of a great beach vacation

Hotel was nice and modern. Good range of breakfast and dinner prices are reasonable. Room was big and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a private beach which is 7-10mins drive depending on traffic. Nearby beaches are too crowded with loud blaring music from neighbouring hotels/restaurants - not relaxing at all.

Squeaky clean, like new. The rooms were very well maintained. The outdoor eating area is a real charm for breakfast with a fantastic breakfast (included). The service was fantastic at the desk, both evenings and mornings, and the servers were super attentive while we were having breakfast. Top notch experience, tremendous bang for the book. Also, walking distance to some of the main beach areas.

When we came the hotel workers were so wellcome . Reception responsible whose name is TANA is sweet friendly women . She always ready for help. İ was going to stay 1 day after we changed our opinion and stayed 2 more days. Thanx TANA 🙏

Everything was perfect. We stayed during a weekend in August and we couldn’t have chosen better hotel.
First of all, rooms are modern, clean and nice. They had everything we needed.
Secondly, the people working in there hotel are the most welcoming ever. I sleep in hotels almost 100 nights a year I can tell I’ve never seen better service before. The employees at the lobby were nice and very very helpful with everything. They tried helped us in everything we needed.
The food at the restaurant was one of the nicest we had in our trip to Albania.
Overall, our stay was 10 out of 10. We will repeat again if we ever go again. All hotels should have staff like in this hotel.
