It was nice.

Facility is LOVELY - but they changed our reservation from 2 Queens to a King (even though our confirmation said 2 Queens). The small pullout couch was not ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. And they had no other rooms available. Room was fantastic but cramped.

Big bathrooms and big beds

The drink prices at the bar were overpriced. $20 for 2 beers and charging an extra $4 for stuffed olives in martinis and other type “extras” in the drinks was ridiculous.

Great beds

This is a great hotel --- thoughtfully renovated historic building with great amenities. Nice restaurant and bar in the ground floor with one of the better breakfasts I have had at a Hilton.

Loved my stay. It was very quiet inside. There was a train nearby that was pretty loud one night out of the three I stayed. The staff was awesome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The restaurant downstairs is top notch and the breakfast buffet had quite the spread. I just loved it all. Definitely would stay again.

Stay for a local concert. Room exceeded our expectations. For an older building the rooms were very modern. Lack of trash cans was only issue. We had only one.

Good experience overall. Close to the amphitheater and parking is attached with breezeway. Be aware breakfast is not included. At least mine wasn’t and with the higher than normal price I thought it should be.

The hotel and staff were wonderful, the restaurant expensive and not good. We went there for a concert but will not go back because the town is empty. Nothing to do. Only good place to eat was a Mexican restaurant.

The Axis Hotel in Moline is not only new but in excellent condition. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are not only modern but the bed is super comfortable and the sheets and linens are high thread count. I highly recommend

The service was excellent in all areas - check-in, restaurant and answering any questions we had. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The staff was friendly. Parking - covered and close by !

Check in was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. What provided the most frustration for our entire group was the bar / restaurant area and the actual bar manager. We were visiting for a family wedding and we were part of the wedding party as well. On our first night, we all went to the bar area to meet up and have a few drinks after our rehearsal but before dinner at another venue. We were spending HUNDREDS of dollars on high end cocktails, shots, etc. There were two bartenders and then the manager at some point. One of our teenagers grabbed a glass of water from the LOBBY WATER DISPENSER and was yelled at for having it in the bar/restaurant area. It literally came from 30 feet away. This is unacceptable and very un-welcoming. Next, there were a minimum of 20 tables/booths open and so we used one chair from a high top table to place women's purses and jackets as there was no hook or anywhere to place these items. The manager came over and scoffed and huffed and puffed how ridiculous it was that we were using a chair (despite providing an influx of business in to the bar) and demanded we remove our items so she could use the table. There were dozens / at least 20 tables / area open she could have sat this group of 4 people that came in vs. next to the 30+ of us. We immediately got our checks and left. My bill alone was $200 and there were 15-20 of us couples plus kids. We left and went elsewhere. The next day before the wedding, a similar situation. Very disappointed.

Free garage parking and very nice hotel. Bar was excellent for appetizers/drink. Rooms are spacious (esp bathroom!) and beds are comfy. Train runs by at 6:56 a.m., tho. And sadly, I booked thru Hotels.com who charged me a higher rate than room rate (including taxes/fees) shown on my receipt upon check-out. $26.difference. Not getting much help so will file a dispute w/my bank but maybe next time I will pay at hotel directly.

Hotel is nice and staff were great . My only complaint is the bed was not comfortable at all . Wayyy too stiff killed my back . But overall hotel was beautiful.

The Axis Moline is a gem. Chic deco decor with a clean modern twist. My room was very comfortable and clean. I could hear trains passing. The staff was very helpful.

Nice experience

Our room was so spacious and we had a nice corner room with a view. The checkin was easy, the bartender was great and our breakfast server was speedy and nice.

Very happy with the check in. Very efficient staff especially Mark. All questions answered. Satisfied with the room accommodations. I would stay here again.

The checkin was excellent. The person who checked us in was very polite & helpful. He gave us some good info on the concert we were going to. The hotel is beautiful & very clean. Room was a little small for 4 people but we made it work. Would stay here again.

First time staying at this hotel and was impressed. The staff was wonderful, the room was amazing and dinner at restaurant within the hotel was delicious. If we ever travel to Moline again I will definitely be back to The Axis!
