We needed a room at the last minute, and this hotel was available. It's a great budget option near Waikiki Beach. However, there was no parking on the property and no elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases to the room on the second floor.

A very pleasant overnight stay at this somewhat secluded area in Waikiki. I'm often visiting hotels that have electronic key cards but this hotel was like classic Hawaii hotels with an actual key to open doors. I thought that was nostalgic in an adorable way. Reminded me when vacationing with my family when I was a kid. I enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay that is inexpensive and walking distance to everything Waikiki has to offer.

Was great for the price. I think most people that book it probably have high expectations and are extremely fussy but this place was amazing and so close to our favourite part of Waikiki. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall not a bad stay, it's a two star hotel, the beds are comfy and it's clean.. Couple issues: a hot shower wasn't in the cards, luke warm at best..Also there's no baggage storage for late checkouts, that was definitely an issue considering our flight was in the evening

Very worn needs updating everything crumbling faded need of paint a d major updating only good for one day. Only stay if you are going on cruise.

Great Hotel in Waikiki! I like the vibe and the nice local energy in the heart of Waikiki. This hotel is highly recommended!
Please don't forget to support the locals!

Excellent. But need a parking lot

Unfortunately I won't book this hotel again. We come to HNL frequently from another island and this hotel just didn't cut it. The after hours checkin is not efficient and requires wifi or cell service which meant I stood on the street in the rain in the dark trying to figure it out. The room isn't sound proof AT ALL. We were on the second floor and could hear people in the courtyard below who were talking at a regular volume as though they were right next to us. The office does not offer to hold bags for you, but their checkout is 10am. What do you do with your bags while you're trying to get coffee and breakfast before your flight? I will say the room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, and it is a very short walk to the beach. It wasn't a horrible experience at all, but there are many better hotels in Waikiki for the same price. If this hotel updates for soundproofing and offers bag holds, it would be more worth the money.

We had a cockroach come into our room as soon as we open our door. No privacy windows to keep noise from outside down. Outdated room.

It was good. Parking was the real issue here. They didn't offer any parking and I had to park off site for $80 a day, which was a real pain. But other than that fair, location is really good which is why I like staying in this area.

Classic vintage (read:old) boutique hotel near Waikiki Beach. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Ideal if you will be out and about more than staying holed up in room - although room was clean and comfortable!

This place is perfect for those on a budget and beyond the location is spectacular. Anybody complaining about it needs to go and stay at a five-star hotel. It was perfect.

Comfortable, chill vibes and close to surf and swim spots. Lots of shopping and restaurants also within a short walk. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. Poolside Room was clean and spacious. Only one isolated gripe was being that windows only had closing blind slats and no night staff, one night a group of people right outside my window were lounging and laughing till 1:30 am way beyond posted quiet time, had to go out and tell them to keep it down. Other than that I got solid sleep.

It was a nice hotel to stay in but the beds were not the most comfortable really springy and was put in a dou le bed room not a queen like i had booked

The property was good but it didn't seem like any of the staff knows whats going or they just plain don't communicate with the other shifts.
I had asked for the ac filter to be cleaned no one ever came to clean it.

The highlight of this place is the location which is very close to the Waikiki Beach and close to The Happening beachwalk. Lot of food joints and shopping options nearby as well as nice clean pool.

The parking was limited and super expensive which is to be expected honestly in Waikiki. The actual hotel was very safe with locked gates with codes after a certain hour. The hotel was very nice and is mainly open to the outside (walking out your door, you are in open space already, not like a large resort, which I liked as it gave it a more unique homey feel). I liked the hotel room as it was clean and not super nice or remodeled but fitted our needs for the price we were paying which was a great price to be honest. This should suit you if you don’t need a super fancy place. We loved the air con and the pressure of the shower head (it’s the little things right? Haha) otherwise, the staff was nice and helped me with checking in at the last minute before 10pm and getting me towels when we needed them. The refund for the security deposit seems to take about 3 business days from what I was told, but we really enjoyed our stay, and we were super close to great stores and the beach in Waikiki. 5 stars.

Overall was in a good location just disappointed we have not received our deposit back yet.
Several people were trying to check in but there's a gate code to get in and I don't think they were given that information clearly these were whole families with children and strollers having to walk around all hours of the night

Not what I was expecting. Terrible customer service.

Love staying at heritage waikiki. Easy to come & go with everything walking distance. Two levels means no waiting for elevator which is awesome. Staff always pleasant & provided towels & toiletries when requested. Mahalo

Just need a little more deep cleaning but for the price we paid it was worth it!
Thank you

Nice place to stay on a budget. Close to the beach and friendly staff. Also nice pool and atmosphere. Will definitely stay again

We were surprised by how dirty and outdated this place was. Bugs everywhere in the shower and no elevator. We had to haul our heavy luggage up the stairs with 2 young children + their car seats. It shouldn't be called a hotel. a motel at best and will never stay here again.
4.0
The first issue was that this property would not store our baggage when we arrived early. Same for the day of checkout. We had to store our luggage at a facility that was a few miles away. Very inconvenient. Also the room was terrible. Paint peeling in the bathroom and rust on the refrigerator. No trash can in the room or anywhere to sit other than the bed. The window air conditioner was loud and not sealed well. No windows in the room other than the one the air conditioner was in. Given the area , the room was inexpensive but for what we were given it was not worth the price. Property needs some serious renovating.

Although short staffed, the office was very accommodating when we needed more linens or towels for the beach. Property was pretty quiet except 1 or 2 nights during our whole 10 night stay. The place was very clean, we only came across 1 bug.

We love that this place is affordable and so close to the beach. Close to restaurants too. Loved the pool and coffee in the common area

There were bugs on the kitchenette, really gross, carpet and washroom dirty,I will never go back to this place.Tried to complain but they said they are fully book.

Upon having no parking, this hotel looks nothing like the pictures that are shown on the website. The room was severely dirty and did not look worth the price whatsoever. Maybe it’s because I got one of the rooms with a “pool view” but the quality was just not to standard. I checked out five minutes after seeing my room, talked to Expedia and cancelled it. Only got refunded $400 when I paid over a thousand for everything. Don’t go to this hotel!

Staff was friendly, and accomodating to our request.
Perfect place to stay while on budget.

This place is basic. My pillows smell odd. No iron shower looks bad like bad. My windows is broke. It’s 2024 I got a key for my hotel. Pay extra to stay someplace else

The property located is close by to all your needs. However, parking spaces are limited. I wasn’t able to get parking until my second night.
There was a roach in our shower and the curtain strip fell while my guest was sleeping.

They are ripping off people and selling substandard hotel rooms at very high prices. Please do not be fooled by the photos. The rooms are very shabby and dirty. The bathrooms also very small and dirty. The lamp shades were broken and dusty. There were two doors in to the room and one did not have a dead bolt. There was a window in the bathroom which was not lockable. The window blinds were broken, and the cornes were trimmed so that anyone can peep in from outside; so there was no privacy. Worst hotel room. Front desk closes at 10 pm. Very limited parking. There was no parking when I got to the hotel.
8.0
I like that it’s close to the city center. The bathrooms need updating. Kitchenette has no utensils at all. The guy at the front desk doesn’t seem to be friendly and welcoming

A wonderful relaxing place with a lot of vegetation.

Found underwear in shelves. Woman screaming in the night.
