1 star. 3rd world accomodations. List of undesirables: mixed and faded towels, A/C loud and musty smell, taped door seams, TV malfunction, overpriced. Unable to sleep -- left in the EARLY morning hour.

Decent place to stay last minute as our original choice was not good at all. I do not stay at non major brand places but this was a nice choice that met our needs.

Hotel was not fantastic physically when looking from outside, but the inside was grate.very clean & good bedsheet & duvet. Good mattress, good for the price But one negative pls management try to change your towel is getting fade off. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back anytime in midland Texas. Thank you .

Looks nice inside at first glance, but tub was cracked, some outlets didn't work, there was 2 tiny bars of 'facial' soap & no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. The inside door locking mechanism was exposed. Cable was constantly flickering off & on. Overall not worth $65 at all

Check in was easy. Mattress on the bed was great however the sheets/blankets/pillowcases were terrible. They were stained and moldy/smoke smelling. This was a nonsmoking room so it shouldn’t have smelled of smoke. I stayed for a week and bought new sheets/pillow cases to sleep on. They need to change out the stained ones for new instead of reusing

Good condition

The state itself was average however the girl at the front desk that we’ve had each time that we’ve stayed there is absolutely rude no customer service and always tries to overcharge us. Be very careful when dealing with the front desk.

Not bad for a quick night, cleaning still sprayed on the toilets, water smells a bit like algae, didn’t feel comfortable showering. Beds and linen were clean and they are dog friendly.

Little rough around the edges but its CLEAN , everything works and you WONT BEAT the pricing. 3rd time ive stayed here and absolutely would book again.

Once I paid, I left to my room. As I entered the room I noticed that the lock to the front door was damaged and only being secured by small chain link that was attached to the door. Observing this was a big safety issue that I didn't feel comfortable with. Passing the not secured door I inspected the bed. As I uncovered the main blanket the bed sheets where full of stains. Not to mention I asked for a non-smoking room but the room had a stenge of cigarettes. I left the room and spoke to the lady at the reception. I advised her of the concerns and all she could offer was a change of room. When I arrived to the Second room the lock to the door was damaged as well and the bed sheets where stained. I once again met with the receptionist and advised her of the concerns. She stated she can't change my room anymore and all I could do was check out.

The toilet was so gross I couldn't sit on it till I cleaned it.

I only stayed here because of the google image which ill never do again. The room had a distinct mold smell, I immedietly checked for bed bugs which to my suprise was not present, I did notice the linens were stained so i removed them and used my own, the bathroom door had human grime all over it, the tv was nice no complaint there, the carpets were matted and damp and stained. If you can afford something else do not choose this place.

They do not have any electricity at all and do not want to refund me. They should have a electric generator!!!

Very dirty and the smell was just horrible, the smell of cigarettes! I do understand my booking was very last minute HOWEVER both my rooms were both non smoking.

Property manager was pleasant

Have stayed here many times and have never had a problem. Reasonably priced for what you get.

It was clean and smelled clean, the receptionist a young lady was clueless, not friendly and was paying more attention to her phone. In the morning I spoke with owner/manager and it was totally different, he was polite, friendly and making sure everything was pleasant. I think it was good hotel for the price.

The place was dirty. I would not visit again.

This Hotel was nice and beds were comfortable and the shower is cool.

The room was apparently clean but could have used a thorough cleaning. No Blow Dryer and towels are in bad shape. Pictures on Hotel.com website are misleading as to condition of the room. There is a $20 / night charge for dogs and cats are NOT allowed, not reflected on website. You get what you pay for at the $57 / night rate, plus dog fee.
