**Review: Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend**
Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the room was okay, my children’s room had no hot water, and there was a horrible smell coming from the sink whenever it was turned on.
We arrived late at night and asked the receptionist about breakfast times. He informed us that breakfast starts at 8:00 AM but assured us that if we needed it earlier, we could request it. When I asked if he was the receptionist, he confirmed, so I requested breakfast for 6:00 AM, and he agreed.
However, at 6:10 AM, when we were ready for breakfast, we found the restaurant closed and dark, with no one in sight. The reception area was also dark and unattended. I had to call the hotel to figure out what was going on, and after some time, the same receptionist showed up to make us breakfast. To make matters worse, the breakfast was not included with the room, and by the time it was ready, it was too late for us to eat.
Overall, this experience was very frustrating, and I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

The people working in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, They can also arrange tours around Ica and call your taxis when you need them. They can also cook simple meals like burgers and tequenos or breakfast.

A new, modern facility from which it’s easy to get to and from the oasis, and you can also get some quiet time in the sun sitting by the pool having a drink from the hotel bar..

Huacachina Desert House was a great place to stay. We had a very soft bed that was great to sleep on. The only thing we didn't like was the shower. It was very difficult to get clean because of how bad the shower head was. This was unfortunate after a day out in the hot sun and sand of the desert. We would have liked for there to have been air conditioning but knew that there wasn't when we booked the room so there was no surprise there.

Our stay was great. Unfortunately there was a new night club starting up across the street. It was extremely loud one night. No air conditioning, it wasn’t a big deal for us but Huacachina gets very warm and this could be a deal breaker for some people.

The hotel we initially booked had an issue so they had to move us to a different location. Happy to say it worked out. Jorge, was very accommodating by providing us tour information, restaurant recommendations and overall great service. We had a private room, which was clean and comfortable.

This is a great place to stay, it’s new, it’s half way between Ica and the Oasis, there is nothing around it, but it is great for a couple of days stay, as taxis are cheap to and fro, there is a nice pool and the staff cannot do enough to assist, thank you for a very pleasant stay !

Very good David was most helpful. Ver clean and comfortable. Nice pool. He needs to put the sign up outside at the moment it is inside the reception. Definitely recommend staying. 20 min. Walk to the Oasis, but a bit dusty so take a trike

A fantastic little hotel, only a 20 minute walk from Huacachina. It is only 8mths old so everything is in excellent condition. The manager, David, was friendly, helpful and made an great plate of eggs. Thanks David.

Great place to stay outside of Huacachina. 10/15mins walk to the lake. Very clean, nice pool. Very comfortable.
