The location was wonderful. I made a mistake and had to change dates and hotels.com would not change them, they tried to make me get the rooms for 2 nights , and the location changed it for mr

Perfect place to stay. The staff was so amazing after a long drive and late check in. Everything was clean.

The staff was real friendly and welcoming when i checked in. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

It was not the best stay.
First room, A/C didn’t work. Second room, the lights didn’t work properly. Really hard getting dressed and doing makeup with out good light.
The hallway smelled like dog.
I only picked this hotel because my friends were staying there for our reunion. Next trip I’m NOT staying here.

This is the best hotel that I have stayed in Beaumont. It’s modern and clean. The breakfast added value. If I’m going to nitpick it would be that the sink faucet is so stubby it barely clears the basin. Access is a bit difficult if you’re not familiar with the ephemeral I-10, though this is no fault of the hotel. Otherwise I recommend this place.

New, spotless, comfortable. The best (and cheapest!) place we stayed on our trip. Nothing fancy but exactly what I was hoping for. Very nice staff as well and the breakfast was everything you could need and easy to grab and go.

I only stayed for one night and the services were great. I believe the lady at the desk name was Jeece but i don’t quite remember. She was really great and really helpful. The hotel was really nice and the pet fee was only $20. I will definitely be making this my go to whenever I’m back in Beaumount.

staff was very friendly. Nothing negative except
low water pressure which matters when we wash our hair and the sink faucet was set too far back on the sink so it was impossible to wash your hands or place anything under the faucet and not have water run all over the counter top.

We stayed with Avid after a hurricane. We were greeted with smiling faces and a staff that cared. Check-in was prompt and we were able to go to our room early. The room was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay with them again!

Appears to be a fairly new property that has been kept up well. Polite staff, good breakfast, would stay there again if traveling through that area.

The only thing i would change about this property is the breakfast options. For example scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles. Other than that....PERFECT!!!

We love the Avid. We've stayed at this one multiple times. Cracker Barrel forgot to put ketchup in our back for the steak fries. Thanks to the AVID for having ketchup in a kitchenette area. Sometimes it's the little things!

I will say this was my first time staying in a hotel by myself as a female so I was a little nervous. But the front desk lady that checked me in was so reassuring and kind about it all and was very understanding, to the point I got to pick what floor I wanted and she put me in a convenient/ safe room on that floor! The room was very clean and I was very satisfied with it all! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, dark and quiet. A great variety was offered at breakfast. Lots of grass areas available for our dog.

Reserved the room and arrived shortly after
Lady at the front desk was sitting and was not cordial at all. She blurts out that she has been trying to call me. She informs me to hold on while she looked at her computer. She says yes it was you. Im sorry but all rooms were booked and even though i paid they had no rooms. I looked at website and it showed 3 left. I had a problem like this with them before. Do not stay our book here because unless they have a lot of rooms left, they're gonna make you turn away I think because it's discounted through Hotels.com and they make more money if they book them direct.
