Room was great with the exception of the shower set up. Half glass wall with the remainder open to the bathroom. Floor outside of shower gets wet even with the towel provided.

It was ok, strange lighting in the room, no real overhead lights. The tv is mounted on the wall next to the bed so it’s not easy to watch from the bed, it is on a mount but does not move enough to turn it much. Zero water pressure, and the metal plate on the drain makes noise long after from residual water drips, the floor gets really wet from the shower because there’s only half a door. I was at the end of the hall but heard a lot of noise from people just walking in the hall, and lots of outside noise could be heard inside. Pillows were very flat, bed wasn’t the most comfy. Wouldn’t book here again.

We came from out of town about a doctor's appointment. The staff was very friendly and nice. The first thing I noticed was that the furniture all over the hotel was filthy. From our room, to the lobby, to the eating areas, the upholstered furniture was yuck. Our king size bed had such a soft mattress that my husband and I slept in the middle in the valley of the mattress, and got little to no sleep. I was so hopeful this would be a great place to stay.

The room we stayed in was equipt with a full kitchen, which was great....however, the Keurig coffee pot never worked and every time we ran the microwave we tripped the breaker and lost all power. Luckily the breaker box was in our room. We had to flip the breaker 10 times for a 2 minute bowl of oatmeal. That isnt an exaggeration, I counted. It tripped the breaker every 10-15 seconds.
Also, we left for an entire day and ensured the "do not disturb" door tag was removed so housekeeping would empty the trash. Housekeeping didnt come at all thay day, which I thought was strange.
Other than those couple of issues, we did enjoy our stay. Breakfast was good. My son loved the pool.

We go to Twin fairly often and have stayed at various hotels. This will now become our first choice. The pool and hot tub were spotless. The patio area was lovely. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was plentiful and very good!

Very clean and it came with a ref, microwave, clean plates, forks, glasses, cups, Keurig, almost everything a family would need in a stay. Only thing is maybe they can have a better shower head.

By far the best hotel we've stayed at. Updated. Clean. The rooms were spacious and even had a full kitchen - dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge. Theres even an outdoor courtyard with grills and grilling items available. Would definitely stay again

Very clean with good amenities. Breakfast had decent options for being included. Hot tub and pool were very clean. Room was large and matched the pictures. Liked it so much we adjusted our roadtrip to stay here again.

The hotel is nice and in good condition. Late check in was easy, night staff were great. The room appeared clean and comfortable on arrival but that all changed when we found dog poop on the floor next to the bed. I called to advise staff of the discovery but nobody came to clean it up. In addition, the manager never called after the morning front desk staff offered to have them call me. Completely grossed out and wondering how often they vacuum or clean the floors.

Was pleasantly surprised by how nice and even luxurious this hotel was! Room was extremely nice with huge closet and mini kitchen (not expected). Great gym facilities and breakfast (both of what I always search for and use when I travel). EV charging stations worked well. Staff very friendly and professional! All of this was at a great price!

I needed to charge my PHEV and there were ample chargers. and it's dog-friendly too. it was a bit noisy from kids running overhead, but they settled down eventually.

Overall, a nice hotel. My lower rating is due to the pet charge - something that is hidden when booking. When I checked in, they informed me the pet charge was $75, which is about 3 times as much as any other "pet friendly" hotel. When I expressed my surprise, they lowered it to $50, but that is still too high.
