Nice and comfortable area thank you

I’m always skeptical when finding a place to call home during any vacation weekend.. though my expectations were surpassed when I got to Fort Lauderdale botique and hotel.. the place was not only clean but quiet with upgraded accommodations and privacy, at a great price. Off a Main Street for convenience to serveral restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach.. I love the location and neighborhood.. will definitely plan my next trip with this place in mind.. I thank you.

Everything is good

The rooms as well as the staff were phenomenal. The place is clean, well maintained, & just nice to be at. My only problem was at check in because the door lock was not working due to excessive moisture (condensation). I called the Help Line for the property and they handled everything quickly and professionally. I enjoyed my stay there & will definitely continue to return to stay here in the future.

Terrible!! No services at all. I was suppose to check in yesterday, I never got the email with instructions. When arrived I call the 2 numbers that they have “24/7”. One of of services and the other didn’t work. I was out with my bags and had to book another hotel. Until now I haven’t hear from them.

I loved staying at this property so much I booked a second time. I felt it was such a well located, safe yet central area. The feel was more of a long term apartment; it felt spacious and safe, they offer vending machines with various kinds of products not just food. The room was clean, spacious and peaceful. I had to take away stars due to the state of the laundry room, there was literally mold in some of the detergent slots and the machines had that mildew smell. I think that’s odd for such a clean beautiful space but I couldn’t wash clothes which was an inconvenience…. I feel the same was towards the check in process that I do about the laundry. They were so kind and communicative- they instantly helped resolve the issue so I WOULD RETURN. However the fact NO ONE is on property to help with last minute bookings … it isn’t helpful when you book same day and are advised you’ll get the code to enter your hotel and suite 3 days from then.. I felt that for same day bookings an instant code should be provided - aswell as making sure the numbers posted on the gates were accurate and in service —— all in all even with those issues they were quick to help, kind in their responses and had me in my hotel in less than 30 minutes of arriving and encountering these issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, if you’re booking on the fly let them know I’m sure they would be happy to provide those codes as ahead of time as possible - all this being said I CANT WAIT FOR MY NEXT STAY

This stay was amazing! I found this hotel to be very convenient! The door codes worked perfectly! The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was A1 .. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was not able to get into the property. The codes didn’t work. The hotel was nonresponsive to my emails and the 24/7 number didn’t work.

The room is spacious and has a nice, unique atmosphere. The main thing I'd like better would be to be able to talk to someone on the phone rather than everything online.

I like the quietness and it's clean and beautiful too.

The entry lock to the gate barely worked, another patron had to let us in. Our room smelled like smoke and air freshener. We could barely breathe for the first several hours in the room. Customer service was of no help in resolving the issues. That next morning the toilet would barely flush. Would never stay again at this property. We were so disappointed and it did not look like the photos on Expedia.

My favorite part was the shower it was the best I ever had in a hotel experience

The hotel was in a secluded area but close enough to a few food places and stores. Only a couple miles from Las Olas Blvd and Las Olas Beach. The rooms have a connected courtyard with vending and seats. Inside the room is very cozy. Huge TV, fridge, microwave, table, closet, clean bathroom, amazing shower, double sinks. Not bad at all. Just make sure you fill out your check-in form fully if you happen to have a later flight because it’s a little harder to get in contact with them after hours. (We had a delayed flight coming in)

I loooove the property‼️‼️ It was very cozy, quiet, safe and clean. I love how you have to use a code to get into the gate and I love grass wall around the property to make it feel secluded from the rest of the apartments in the area! The only thing I didn't like was how the communication method is set up. You have to email someone about everything and it takes a while for someone to reply. I needed clean towels and I sent an email about it and they said that someone would bring me clean towles and they would take my used towels but noone ever brought any towels nor did anyone ask if I had gotten the clean towels. So I would suggest a different way of communication that's faster and more efficient. I would definitely be returning customers in September!

Easy to get from the airport by public bus, near bus stops, a whole food market and fast food options. Very clean room, AC works fine and the fact that you don't need cards or keys to enter is one less worry. The AC made some noise, the walls were very thin, and the shower didn't get hot, but these are very small problems. Overall, it's pretty good for the price, and I would definitely stay again.

no concierge to on duty to exchange towels for weekly guests, had to wash my towels in order to have enough for my family for the week. No daily trash collection from the room

Arrived late in the evening and had not received any information on how to enter the property, no codes or anything. Took over an hour to receive anything which then turned out to be the wrong code. Was after midnight by the time I got into the room. The toilet was very dirty full of stains from the previous guest. The drink machine outside the room was out of order. Very very disappointed with my stay and feel I should be accommodated for the inconvenience
