All good except. No long mirror for dressing. And lighting in the room not good.

Our conference was cancelled due to weather for the afternoon. But the staff was friendly and let all the ladies utilize the lobby to gather and watch the conference online. The only draw back to the hotel was the breakfast, it wasn't super great.

It was a good bed! Very accommodating front desk people. We forgot our laptop cord, but the lost and found had one we could use - perfect!

It seems like the front desk people were just putting in their time. The hot water thermos was cold. The bed skirts in our room had visible stains. We stayed 4 night and could not get our sheets changed.

Loved everything about this location. Conveniently located from a restaurant located at the Lodge. Perfect for attending Charis Bible Conference Seminars or vacation stays. Would return here when next in the area.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I was a bit surprised that in our 3 night stay housekeeping never came. Not even to clean up a spill on the corridor. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. More housekeeping services would have made for a better experience.

The room was compact but comfortable & the bed was amazingly comfortable.
The shower was a disappointment with almost no water pressure at all. Thought I was going to enjoy breakfast but that didnt happen. Juice containers were empty the waffle station was trashed and there was a 1/2 eeaten bagel in with the muffins.
So, breakfast was a pass.
Ill stay again just for the clean comfortable bed!

The room was a bit awkward. Since I had some work to do - the desk was very long but very shallow. My laptop just barely fits on it and there was no light over it. I had to go down to the lobby to work. Other than that, it was OK, a standard ( a little cramped) hotel room.

Our room was very spacious, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a joke and cost of room was unjustifiably high. But overall we were happy with our stay.

Hair on the bathroom wall and towel fixture, the toilet seat hinges were installed backwards so the seat was pushed back almost 3” against the tank, the carpet was wet between the beds and the room smelled musty, went to breakfast at 9am and there was barely 4 pieces of toast and no coffee available (breakfast served 6:30-9:30), the manager on duty said that the early crowd had “cleaned them out”. A hotel that offers a continental breakfast should have enough food for every customer that books a room. Worst experience since I was 17 and could only afford a $50 room in Florida.

They always make you feel welcome and it feels comfortable to meet in the lobby area to see friends from the area. The negative would be the breakfast is very minimal and needs improvement.
