Very nice clean room, lobby area very nice and modern, excellent gym area, very good breakfast with many options, close to all the local attractions. In my opinion the best hotel in brevard and ive stayed in all of them, also very good price

The staff was wonderful. Everything was great. The only complaint I have is that the first night there was a firetruck outside that was really loud. It was out there for hours and I couldn’t sleep. Apparently, an elevator was broken. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

Just a one night stay after a five day backpacking trip, booked it last minute. Great stay with clean and well maintained facilities, looked like it was pretty new. The free breakfast was awesome and all the employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The person who checked us in gave us a perfect food recommendation that we were able to get before they closed, wish I remembered her name but that advice was perfect!

We reserved a room with 2 queens. We got there and they only had a king with sleeper sofa that was terrible. If I reserve a room with 2 queen beds... That's what I expect to get!!! Very disappointed!!!

This was a convenient base for attending the Brevard Music Festival and hiking in the Dupont State Forest. The hotel is modern and well-maintained. My bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff kindly offered to place my left-over food in the employee refrigerator until I checked in late in the afternoon.

I would have rated with 5 stars but the bathroom floor was very dirty. I travel with disinfectant wipes now and had to clean the floor myself. Disappointing.

Location is excellent, close to downtown. Rooms were clean and staff very efficient. Exercise room clean and stocked as well as the pool(we didn't use the pool). Breakfast a better than most higher end hotels.

The room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioner's repetitive cycle of blasting cold air then turning off was not ideal... but I'm not sure that's something that can be changed. Proximity to food options was nice. All in all, a decent stay.

We booked a king room ,got there we were in a room with 2 queen beds.That evening someone tried to come in our room.The front desk had the rooms mixed up.They didnt try to make things right for the mix up.The next morning there were NO eggs ,biscuits,milk for breakfast.When ask the lady in the back who was in the back doing breakfast her comment was what you see is what you get😡we haven't had a truck in 2 days.Very Very non professional. The hotel was nice the staff;front desk and management suck.Just be aware if you stay there make sure you ask if they have a Full breakfast before staying.We called corporate office to complain,which is our 1st time EVER doing.Very disappointed in Hoilday Inn Express.

The hotel feels brand new, but it's full of issues. The shower door doesn't close, the room didn't have a chair, the TV only has a few channels.
