The location is really good. Close to Tivoli and to metro station. The room was small and had an awkward set up, bed facing the window and no space for bedside tables. A space in the headboard with charging ports was available which was a compromise for not having the tables

Really lovely hotel, especially the roof level rooms. There is only one lift for the entire hotel (Wide) which means you often need to wait 5-10 minutes (if you don’t take stairs). Not a problem though for us

The hotel was very grand and accommodating, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very good quality and modern, perfect for a city break and great value for money. It was booked as a cheaper option for a room whilst in Copenhagen, but was way beyond my expectations for the price!

Very good experience. Well located, they allow us for an early check in which was very convenient. The Bar also interesting with very nice atmosphere.

It was a real pleasure stopping here with comfy rooms, nice service and excellent breakfast. Two minor points - it is many hotels in one building so a little confusing and the bar shuts quite early

We had a great 4 night stay! The breakfast was okay, we only got it one of the mornings. I always like to recommend for properties to please remove decorative pillows - not necessary and not very sanitary. The location was great - walking distance from the central station and to everything we needed! We loved and enjoyed the beautiful lobby and bar area. Overall, we would stay here again. I had a lovely stay in this hotel. It's beautifully appointed. The rooms are lovely. The staff was great. It was great value for money. I highly recommend it and if I'm back in Copenhagen will seriously consider staying there again.

A great centrally located hotel. Walking distance from most of the central sites without feeling hectic and busy. Trivoli gardens less than five minutes away and close to central station for easy arrival and departure

Really enjoyed the stay at the wide hotel. The location was great for walking everywhere and near a metro stop. The hotel itself was very nice inside. The room was small but more than adequate. We had a room at the back (would really recommend for noise).

In a great location, a short walk to Tivoli gardens, shopping and other attractions. We had a couple of issues during our stay such as the fridge not working and the shower overflowing, otherwise I’d had scored a 5

The hotel is perfectly located with easy walking to many of Copenhagen's main attractions and the Hop on Hop off main station.

Amazing staff and service. Bicycles and umbrellas were available for use for guests of the hotel.

You are very close to walk to the city center, attractions, restaurant, The Breakfast was the best my wife and I had. There it was a lot reconstruction in the building next to the Hotel. very danger to walk around the front of the remodel building with cycles and cars passing though not protection for pedestrians

Overall I loved my stay at the WIDE Hotel. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a wide assortment of food to choose from. The property was exceptionally clean. Easily walkable. I selected the hotel as it had AC. This past week was very warm, with two days in the mid 80s. It seemed like the AC was not working during sleeping hours. The only bed covers are these very heavy duvets. Every morning I woke up drenched in sweat.

Nice modern hotel within walking distance from the main shopping streets, the train station and Tivoli. Good selection of foods at breakfast, and availability of coffee machines so you can have a cappuccino or a latte instead of the standard filter coffee. However, we were let down by a number of issues. The shower was filling up with water. The bed throw was visibly dirty. Although we had a fancy coffee machine in the room, we were unable to use it as the water container was very dirty with calcium deposits. There is a loud music venue opposite the hotel, though music does stop before 10pm during the week, and could be a positive for guests who are looking for a nice beer garden with live music nearby. As it is standard for Copenhagen, items at the bar were expensive; £15 for a cocktail. The bottled water in the room is not free of charge, it is 30DKK for a small bottle. Overall we had a pleasant stay, but there are areas that could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at WIDE Hotel. Staff were lovely and helpful and the room was neat and clean. Super comfortable beds. Easy to get to and close to all the sites. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean hotel at a perfect location. The single rooms are quite small, and overpriced compared to double rooms that are much larger.
