We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was amazing. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The close proximity to Bourbon street was perfect.

The staff was awesome Ms. Sue, Tony, Jason, Ashley, and Chandra. My husband can't wait to visit again

Service par excellence. Ms Sue and the crew took good care of us. Appreciated their advice on where to go in the city. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is perfect. Close to Canal and French Quarter, but away from the wild partying.

Floors were filthy. We had to buy clorox wipes to clean the floors. Tried to sell time share. Was unaware before booking hotel.

The Service at the Hotel and especialy the reception was terrible. I asked for a receipt for the payment that was made to the hotel, and this was provided rather begrudgingly. When I checked my account on my return home, the receipt was only part of what was paid to the Hotel. There is really no reason for one to be so unhelpful and lack of service. The only person who was helpful was the doorlady at the Hotel who was always friendly and courteous to everyone. She needs to work at the reception.

LIKED THE FACT IT WAS AN APART-HOTEL OFFERING A HOME AWAY FROM HOME EXPERIENCE. LIKED YOU GET A WRIST BAND INSTEAD OF A KEY. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

We had a few hiccups in our reservation process and the staff was so helpful!! They were kind and patient.

Hotel staff is super helpful and welcoming. I felt very taken care of during my stay. The room price is really good for the quality/size and the distance from bourbon street.

This is a wonderful options for families who want to have the option of being close to the action but also have the amenities of home. This is a great home base for walking to some the best New Orelans has to offer. Don’t want to walk? The streetcar system is right downstairs or a block away depending on your route of choice. The closer you’d get it the weekend, the more road noise you hear later at night, but that’s the only advisory I’d provide. The room, amenities - free laundry, small but serviceable pool, were perfect for our family. We’re already planning to use this as our home base for our next New Oreleans stay.

Weather was amazing, the food was fantastic! Our hotel was in a great location, and ALL of the staff was WONDERFUL!!

Excellent accommodations especially if you like a full kitchen. Stainless steel cookware, coffee press, plates, cups, glasses, huge refrigerator with ice maker. King size bed was very comfortable. Big clothes with robes, and slippers. Great location and easily walkable to French Quarters Fest and all of the great restaurants.

Pull out couch was too uncomfortable to sleep on. Pool is small.

The Location of the property is excellent walking distance to everything downtown!! My check in was a NIGHTMARE!!! Only one card reader available and the chip didn’t work!! Therefore SWIPE KNOWING MY AVAILABLE BALANCE ON MY CARDS EXCEEDED THE AMOUNT I HAD LEFT TO PAY IT WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY OF MY CARDS !!Afyer over 30 minutes it finally accepted my swipe and then the next day I get a call from the banks fraud department!! My card information had been JACKED!! I’d advise anyone to pay the full amount in advance. It just so happened to be my debit card which was immediately d activated do to fraudulent activity.. luckily I took cash with me

LOCATION. One block straight across to Bourbon St. Hotel is secure and never felt unsafe. Great stay. The rooms are like mini apartments. Terrific. Only down side in bathroom is the half glass wall at tub/shower. Hard to reach water standing outside of tub. Staff were all helpful. Sue at front door knows all the tricks to get around town. Where to eat, how to get to location. The valet is not from this hotel but from ajoining hotel where car is parked. This makes time delays, so you can walk around corner and get car faster. Trolley stops are one block away. This are small city blocks. Again. LOCATION is perfect. Quiet area and felt safe at all times

Everything was amazing 10/10

We loved the hotel itself! We were walking distance to everything never had to use our vehicle. My family stayed for 2 nights here and we had a great time. I will say though for other families it’s very loud. You can hear all the street noise in your room. At 2am you would think there was street parties happening with how noisy it would get. If you are going to party this is your hotel but if you’re taking children I would try and stay away from the area as it is loud and hard for children and you to sleep!
