Can’t fault this B&B. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and support. We had just arrived after a very long flight so needed a little TLC! The little cottage at the back was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable beds, lovely space for sitting outside to have coffee and bathroom a good size. Breakfast was superb with hosts going out of their way to accommodate food allergies. Hosts were delightful and very knowledgeable about the local area. Make sure you follow Paul’s suggestions for eating out and walks. We will be back even if just to say hello to the lovely hosts!

We stayed here just one night during a tour of North Wales. We stayed in the lodge, which was amazingly well appointed. I expect you could walk into the station area of Betws-Y-Coed from here, but we drove. Some exceptional restaurants and shops around that area. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the variety from the cold buffet was varied and delicious. Would not hesitate to recommend this B&B, and hope we can go back again in the future

This is a lovely B&B and the service was fantastic - if we are in Betws-Y-Coed ever again - we will stay here, its a short walk into the main town but the walk is worth it, along the river is stunning

The hosts Elena and Paul are such nice people who are very caring and so thoughtful. I felt so at home. Elena makes delicious breakfasts and very considerate with dietary restrictions. She even gave me snacks to bring to my excursions. The place is impeccably clean and quiet. I slept really well. I will stay in their place again once I am back in Wales. Thanks Paul and Elena. I will never forget you and my stay in your place!

Fantastic breakfasts! Used locally sourced food and portions were very large. Provided lots of information and advice. Directed us to a nice walk that we wouldn’t have found on our own. Very friendly!

Is a beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean B&B, a 15 minute walk in the centre of Betws-y-Coed. The owners, Paul & Elena are wonderful, friendly hosts, who are able to furnish you with plentiful of information on the immediate area and places further afield worthy of a visit. Our room had obviously been recently refurbished and decorated. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and roomy enough for two. The Welsh breakfast available each morning was absolutely delicious and certainly plentiful. Rooms at the front of the property provide guests with the gentle sound of the River Conwy, located on the opposite of the road. We enjoyed a very pleasant 3 night stay.

Me and my partner throughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful room and amazing service, we felt comfortable and at home here which for a hotel / B&B can sometimes be quite rare! Paul and Eleana were wonderful hosts and shared the activities and facts in the surrounding area, which was so lovely to hear about and gave us amazing suggestions To top it all off, because we had to leave early the last morning and couldn't stay for breakfast, they very kindly left us a range of breakfast snacks in our room for the morning! Me and my partner can't wait for our next holiday and will definitely be coming here again! 100% recommended

The cottage at the property was one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed in. Everything was sparkling clean, breakfast was lovely. Paul and Elena are wonderful hosts and very attentive. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

What a great bed and breakfast! Very clean and modern, the hosts were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with all sorts of options to choose from and only walking distance from the village. All in all a great stay and would definitely stay there again
