It's a good option for solo traveler on a budget, I just wish the beds were a little bigger and longer. I'm about 6'1" and the bed was on the small side. Besides the bed, basic amenities were nice. Had access to a shower, and even some computers in the shared spaced. The library and pub on the main floor was nice, felt very much like being in college. This place would be great if it weren't a hostel and offered some greater privacy for guests.

Although the bunk beds may have been a little tight, all in all, the entire experience was very good and worth the stay.

I stayed on the third floor and it is VERY quiet. The facility is quite clean: bed, dorm, bathroom, and shower. It’s close the old Quebec City too. I had my doubts after reading some low-score reviews. But my experience justifies the overall rating.

A unique bunk set up with cubby hole like bunks. Very comfortable and a good nights sleep. Could be difficult for people with claustrophobic fears. Check first as there were some ordinary bunks in my room.

Clean affordable rooms at a very good location close to old town.
Washrooms, shower rooms and other amenities such as the kitchen, forest area, bar and lobby were beautiful and neat and tidy. The people living in the hostel were kind and took care of the hostel too.
Very good experience.
Would definitely recommend to stay here.

That’s my second stay in a hostel since Geneva.
Qbeds is far way the best one. I loved everything there. The library, the cinema room, gym, the receptionists.
It’s fantastic and I will come back.

There are many restaurants and sightseeing spots around the hotel, making it easy to walk anywhere. The staff were very friendly.

I had stayed here for 5 days and met many receptionist. Surprisingly, all of them is kind and hospital. They always tried to help me and I'm much appreciated about that. If you're looking for hostel, QBEDS would be best choice.

Located in a vibrant neighborhood through the night, this hostel provided a good environment to hangout with friends and grab some drinks nearby at night. Me and another friend came to visit the city as tourists and it’s within walkable distance (~20min) to the city is a plus. Would revisit if traveling back.

One of the best hostels to stay at in Quebec City. Why? Many reasons, but the most unique is the privacy screen.

I wasn't sure about staying in a hostel, but I gave it a try it and didn't regret it. I normally stay in hotels/Airbnbs when I travel. Anyways, I felt safe, it was clean, I got a room w/only females. I only needed a place to sleep and shower. They provided bed sheets they offered a towel/blanket. You can purchase any essentials, such aa toothbrush/shampoo, lock for the locker, etc. The girls I shared the room were respectful that I didn't mind sharing a room w/3 other girls. I didn't have any problems at night, I slept good and bed was comfortable. I'll definitely stay there again.

They insisted to have my credit card number when I already had paid. My credit card number was going to be erased from the system few days later after my departure. This was not written in their terms policy when I received my confirmation of my booking.

QBEDS is located well,which is few-min walk to parliament. The equipment is well-organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay here.

We stayed as a family of six and we’re very pleased with our stay. The room was exactly as pictured and we loved the location to Old Quebec. We would totally stay again.

The noises from the other room with little kids and from shutting the doors are really annoying. The bathing area is tiny with not too many room. But given the location and the price, that's what you can get.

All in all, my stay was good. Due to staying during the peak season, it was busy. The beds are comfortable. The amenities were clean but you do hear roudy guests outside of your dorm late in the evening. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

Stayed here in Aug and had a great experience so decided to stay again on our way to the East Coast. We were not disappointed. Since we'll be coming by this way often, most likely will stay here everytime we pass this way. Love the setting of this place and it's clean too. Thumbs up!

This place is definitely worth your money. Great location! The only downside was the washrooms. The washrooms on the 4th floor smelled bad during our stay.

Great location! Super friendly staff. We were very impressed with how clean the place was.There is a lounge with plenty of entertainment. Beautiful bright kitchen. Just love the ambience. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again. Thumbs up!!
