Very homely and host was very thoughtful

After Wotif couldn’t give me arrival instruction after asking them for 3 days, I contacted the owner direct who was so helpful.

Generally, the facilities were very acceptable. Never met Gwynny but spoke on the phone. The only issue was that we had not realised that the bathing facilities comprised only one internal shower toilet room with a separate external toilet and another shower in the external laundry. All this to service possibly 12 guests. There was only one other guest during our stay which was okay for us, otherwise it would have been impossible for us.

This property is very nice and clean. Only thing its not clear during booking is this is basically a house with 3 bedroom and different people can book different room where as the bathroom, dining, kitchen areas are shared among all guest.

Lovely room. Great self service brekkie. A true hidden gem. We will definitely be back.

The door to room 2 has a window in it and lets light in from other guests leaving the hallway light on. A little annoying when you like to sleep in the dark but can't. Other than that a great place to stay. Would stay again just request not room 2.

This is a lovely place to stay. Very comfy and homey and great value. Fresh and bright presentation. I really liked that the make-yourself breakfast included bacon and eggs, as well as the usual toast, cereals etc. Highly recommended.

Home away from home. Very clean, friendly host who was lovely and helpful. Great pantry with lots of food. Nice and warm. Close to shops, restaurants etc. Can cook your own meals easily.

This was a lovely clean and comfortable B and B, at a reasonable price. We loved that it was so well stocked with absolutely everything - so much food, BBQ, laundry - it had everything we needed. We had a family room which was very roomy and the beds were so comfortable. All rooms had a shared bathroom plus there was an extra toilet out back. There was fridge and freezer space galore. A lovely spot to stop for the night.

Was the most comfortable stay in every way, beautiful comfy beds & room. Convenience of a generously stocked kitchen & pantry. Would highly recommend.

Condition of front verandah as a disability problem had trouble to hang on anything to walk up steps otherwise loved the accommodation and friendly hosts.would definitely stay there again an recomend it to people

We found Langley House warm, welcoming and comfortable. The host and staff were very helpful. It is in a lovely central location, walking distance to the shops and eateries. We will be staying again and we will recommend Langley House to friends and family.

The bathroom was clean but in need of repair. The outside of the house was very run down. Another guest had kept the key to the front door and had ear phones in so couldn’t hear the door bell. I had to find my way round the back in the dark to get in,
