Everything was great except you can hear everything from others rooms. We had a neighbor that was snoring all night so loud that we could not fall asleep. Luckily they were gone the next day and we finally got some rest

The view the room was amazing!!

We were in room 203 above the pool. Great room with spectacular wraparound balcony. Next time I would like room 303 above us, but one of the best views overlooking Avalon.

Location is great, oceanfront views amazing! Clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and welcoming! The free transportation back and forth to the hotel is great!

Everything about this resort is amazing. Not one thing I could complain about in my 3 day stay. Breakfast was delicious, view was amazing, pool is centrally located on terrace. Will be coming back and recommending my friends.

I sent a longer version of this email to the owner, it’s been a month and no reply..We booked your gorgeous hotel after viewing every hotel option on the island!My husband’s company started to offer them Hotels.com gift cards we were excited to use it to pay for some of our stay when we realized that my birthday fell on Mother’s Day this year.Having read on your website that if you are looking for specific room to call in the hotel, I immediately called after I booked the highest room rate possible on Hotels.com for Zane Grey. To my surprise the receptionist was so polite and engaging and said it looks like you were put into room 303 and that is an amazing room! Which made me even more excited. I immediately got online and started searching for images of room 303 and told her immediately yes that is the room that we would love to keep w/the full marina and city view and she said I can go ahead and lock you in so that nobody moves you. We never got our room we booked. We were given a room on the opposite side facing a hill and partial marina view. We were basically told to just take the one they moved us to. I said that is not acceptable! I had to ask to speak to the manger and we waited for 45 min for her to come up to our room. She never did and the women who checked us in left for the day. After finally getting the manger to meet us we were offered only 10% off and no apology. It seems they don’t care about customers one bit here and switch your room unethically so beware

Such a beautiful resort, from the breathtaking views to the stunningly gorgeous rooms. We loved staying here, the transportation to and from the city was an incredible addition.

Be very careful when booking because Expedia does not tell you that you may get a partial view of the ocean and that you have to call the hotel to make sure there isn't any shrubs or plants blocking your view also. I booked this hotel exclusively for the view for my 20th anniversary and my 5 " 4' wife could not even see the ocean unless she step on a chair and looked over the neighbors patio. I am so disappointed in Expedia. I only excepted the rooms because there were no options and will try to get a refund. Be aware and ask the facility on options...

Room and hotel very nice and upkept. Free breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to downtown, but they have free golf cart shuttle service if needed.

Had a two night stay here. Staff is usually friendly. However we did not have hot water for 1.5 days and it’s really annoying we had to complain twice to get it fixed. On the last day, we asked a question about currency exchange with the number we usually text for any hotel related service. There was absolutely no response, the person in charge of responding completely ghosted us. Later, they pretended like nothing happened and texted us again about dropping our luggages off at the Catalina express pier. I understand that staff might not be able to provide answers about currency exchange but they could have just said they don’t know or something instead of staying completely silent or not responding.
