It was very hot inside and the fans provided not sufficient at all, not enough kitchen wear's, bad iron and iron table, small tv and the owner not flexible. Small sofa.

Was supposed to stay 4 nights, but left after first night, whole place smelt really bad, had 3 airfreshners in there so i assume its a known problem. Dispite have 2 fans, was 27° at 7am!!! Beds really uncomfortable. After a few attempts, vendor agreed to let us have a refund for remaining nights so we could move

Stayed at the Magna House, we had a family of 6, & the 3 exceptionally spacious bedrooms, each with their own TV was fantastic.
We arrived on a hot weekend, the room had a skylight, which on a normal british weekend brings great natural light into the room, on this weekend it turned it into an oven. The property had thought ahead & placed 3 large fans, however there was no getting away.. i would reccomend a blind to block the skylight, where possible.
There was loads of space around the apartment & made an ideal base one of the ladies in the party mentioned sanity bins in the toilets.
The sofa had seen better days & the cleaners had moped the floor, but i suspect they havent changed the water often enough when mopping..
Overall a nice property near a small town with good facilities & near the big attractions & i would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay and would return, if in the area again.
Great location for Egham centre, which is only a 5 minute walk away. The reason for our stay was to visit the Englefield Green area, which was only a 5 minute drive away.
Initially, finding Magna Court wasn't easy - set Sat Nav to Johnson Court, rather than Queens Rd.
Very powerful shower, only fans provided as no air con in the apartment - the apartment was quite muggy due to the weather. Ironing board, but no iron.
Overall very good..

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Ascot. Pros: kitchen had what we needed, towels provided, close to the high street
Cons: very hot, thin floors (could hear upstairs), freeze iced over and needs defrosting. Had to chase check in details

Great location close to the train station. The only downside was it was too hot. Only 1 fan available in the apartment but everything else was fabulous

The parking was full and when we contacted them about the parking no one got back to us. The place was not very clean. Overall it was a okay stay.

In addition the description is incorrect - no terrace (pavers in a carpark do not make a terrace), garden or picnic area for the apartment, no additional coffee making machine (yes there was a kettle & 2 satchets of instant coffee but the kettle is already itemised on the description).

Shower would stay constantly hot, despite changing the temperature all the way down.
WiFi was constantly disconnecting and could not park on site the first night due to full spaces.
Tried to call the 24/7 line but got a voicemail with now response.

Show head is manky and needs cleaning or replacing. WiFi password supplied didn’t work.
Other than that, fine for the money.

Small issues with the heating and the cleanliness of the bedding but was comfortable, clean and well located. Kitchen is not well stocked with cutlery and there was no coffee maker as described but minor issues really.

Initially when I came in with my family and I needed to wait, it was given me a negative view but immediately the issue was resolved I was fine and by the time we got in, its was almost perfect just the way I wanted it.

Magna house is lovely and we would definitely return if future plans sent us that way again. Nice size accommodation / rooms, clean, with well equipped fitted kitchen. Towels were included and I could even make a cuppa without having to wait to hit the shops first . Plenty of shops/ food outlets within a short walking distance. It was ideal for us. Thank you very much. :)

The apartment itself has a good layout. But there are certainly areas where it could improve. To begin with, investing in some air fresheners would be a good idea. There's no better way to welcome tenants than with a delightful aroma instead of the I-don't-know-what smell we encountered.
If the property has two bedrooms, it would be convenient to have 4 chairs and a more spacious dining area.
There were no cleaning cloths or napkins. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor when we arrived. Other than that, it's a plus that each room had its own screen.

Good stay..nice clean,quiet apartments only 5 minutes walk from town centre. Found some of ghe equipment hard to work without any instructions.

Easy access and good location. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Bathroom and shower clean and good. Kitchen well equipped but could use some new cutlery and pots. Sofa in living area not really comfortable and mattresses felt quite worn. It did get quite hot in the flat every day - luckily there were 2 functioning fans.

The property is in a good location and is very clean and secure, however, we do have a few suggestions which if sorted we would be giving it an excellent review. Firstly, we are a family of four and a 2 seater sofa was just not big enough for us to have a relaxing evening together, perhaps invest in at least a comfy armchair. Secondly the blinds in the bedrooms are fine for privacy but not on a night for sleeping when the street lights are shining in, as the blinds do not cover the whole of the window. I think curtains are needed just to reduce the glare. Lastly it’s bath towels, we were only given one bath sheet and the towels that were left for us were just not big enough, they weren’t even big enough for our 10 year old. Overall we would still return as we did like the property.

We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment, there were cobwebs in the bathroom and floors needed sweeping. We feel the bedlinen could have done with replacing with new as very bobbly and thin. Kitchen drawers were broken.
There was very little furniture, only one two seater sofa just enough for two, not much good for a family of 4!
All cups and glasses were all odd .
Overall a bit disappointing but maybe should have realised when the cleaners said they would only be 20 minutes!

Magna House is in a great location for the railway station, town centre and the University Campus. I feel it offered good value for money with 3 roomy double (ensuite) bedrooms. The only negative is that in the living room there isnt enough seating for 6 people to sit together and watch tv. I would happily book this apartment again though because overall it met our needs well.

Overall good. Could do with a paint refresh. Kettle was appalling and could not be used as it was all limescale inside and bits were in our cups of tea so we then boiled a pan of water for hot drinks. Showerhead wasnt working properly in one of rooms. We were pleased to receive a 3 bedroom even though we only booked a 2 bed so that was a bonus as it gave us more space. However we would still return in the future as it was ideal for what we required.

We had 2 great stays at Magna House. Perfect location, fully equipped and great communication.My only criticism would be the window blinds aren’t great so didn’t block out the light in the bedrooms.Will definitely be booking this accommodation again in the future.

Room nice and clean with plenty of space, bed a little uncomfortable but slept on worse, children running about in the room above didn’t help with only having wooden floors. Where the room keys are kept in key boxes they could do to be illuminated because had a problem seeing the numbers in the dark. All in all a lovely place to stop

It was very comfortable and homely. Enjoyed my stay with my partner for a business trip. The rooms have a lovely garden view and there’s free parking.

The property was great, the kitchen appliances great. But the bedrooms were a downfall of this amazing place. The mattresses need to be replaced as they are the worst I've had and I travel around alot. The blinds need to be replaced to black out ones as there is an outside light that shines right into the room, so you sleeping in daylight at night.
