The hotel throughout was spotless and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was absolutely lovely and very kind to our dog. We love this hotel and we’ll stay here again in our travels. Thank you.

We stayed for family weekend. We booked at a different hotel that ended up being horrible so we cancelled the second night with them then booked here and we loved it. Lobby was great, breakfast and rooms were great. Room wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped seemed like it hadn’t been swept but after the previous night we were thankful for everything else.

Room was tiny....no microwave, no real closet, there was hair in the shower and on the floor. You could just tell they cheaped out on a lot of things but tried to make it look like they were doing it "responsibly". The fitness room didn't even have disinfecting wipes to clean up after yourself. Was not impressed with what we paid.

The staff was nice the room was good. Just way over priced for area and size of room. Rooms reminded me of a NYC room the inly thing that fits is the bed.....

Check in was timely and easy. The staff was super personable from check in to the check out to the maid staff. Room was comfortable, clean and in amazing condition. Only bummer was no pool for the kids but they made that up by having lots of family activities in the lobby, pool table board games etc. will stay again 100% our go to for the Eugene and Springfield area.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. No major issues or concerns. Only complaint was that there were not many restaurants open nearby for dinner, but it was the 4th of July so I’m guessing they closed early for the holiday.

The room was okay! The mattress was very nice but bring your own pillows because they are not comfortable and very flat. The hotel was very busy and was pretty loud. We could hear the people above stomping around after midnight and even in the morning. The breakfast in the morning was pretty average and we had to fight a crowd to get food.

We have enjoyed staying at Tru across the USA; however, this location was far from clean. We booked two rooms and asked for them to be connected rooms, they were not. One bathroom appeared to have shavings in it all over the floor. The other bathroom had hair and other items in the shower. The bathrooms were far from clean. I am disappointed by the cleanliness and customer service.

Awful! These people don’t know how to properly bill my hotel stay. They charged my DEBIT card 3 times for a one room hotel stay for 3 days. Good luck trying to get your money back. They kept telling me they didn’t do that. My bank is saying otherwise.
I’m so pissed. Will never stay there again.

The property was clean, everyone that worked there was helpful and friendly. It was exactly as advertised. Very easy access to University of Oregon.

Horrible property. No chairs. Not for handicapped people as described. Not worth $30 per night let alone $300. Road noise ALL NIGHT LONG. Slept maybe three (3) hours all night!

Fun, upbeat, kinda jazzy place - super easy location for travelers, with a long walkway close to and over the river. Comfy room with all the amenities, easy to work/hang in the lobby area too.

My wife liked the stay better than I did. I kept hitting my lower legs on the bed frame (no padding) and there was no in room coffee service. There was 24 hour coffee available in the lobby, but I felt like I had to get dressed to go there, so not convenient.

This was our first stay at Tru by Hilton. We are senior citizens and the hotel is designed as a minimalistic environment. 1 chair is provided per room. The staff was friendly and helpful. This a a place for 20 year olds not 76 and 77
