Booked based off reviews. The outside and lobby look great. We stayed on the 2nd floor and immediately noticed a smell and there were stains everywhere on the carpet in the halls. The room was so hot we woke up sweating with it set to 67°. There were hairs in the shower when we got there and the shampoo/conditioner/soap holders were so gross and not locked to keep other guests from tampering with the product. There was water damage around the bottom of the bathroom. The bed was very noisy and not very comfortable. The sheets were very comfortable! The frame around the bed stuck out too much and we both ran into it over and over. Not a ton of space to maneuver and avoid. The room wasn’t horrible but also not our favorite. We most likely wouldn’t stay again. Staff was friendly!

Tommy, the hotel staff greeted us in a friendly and warm way. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant, and definitely an asset to your organization. He greeted us with open arms, and he was extremely helpful.

I reserved a handicapped accessible room with king bed and got just the opposite, double beds and unable for my husband to use the restroom as no bars near the toilet lhandicapped room should have.

This was hard to do because the hotel is nice and centrally located, and I think we may have just been there over a very busy weekend, but our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We had to call down for towels. Trash wasn’t taken out and beds were never made. We did not have the door hanger up indicating we didn’t want to be disturbed, and we left in the morning and returned in the evening so there was plenty of opportunity. We stayed from Friday to Tuesday for the eclipse. The front desk staff were friendly and the lobby is nice.

The check in process was simple - the room was clean and modern with multiple usb outlets and smart tv - the a/c worked perfectly keeping the room cold my entire stay - free breakfast was great and kept clean - the staff was friendly everytime we left or came back!

Loved the hotel it was amazing. Super comfortable bed room was a little small but not too small I felt claustrophobic. Loved the cleanliness and the entire atmosphere of the hotel will definitely recommend this hotel in the future and will definitely stay here again.

This is a very clean and well-laid out hotel! There are available activities in the large lobby area for families, friends, and teenagers alike. The bedding is -oh-so-soft- and the mattress is very comfortable. I look forward to seeing if their breakfast area is also as high level as the rest of the hotel.

Overall, it was a good stay, comfy bed, decent coffee. The only issue and I've got to give credit to the manager that night and the maintenance guy...was the tv in the room. For not being a techie the manager did everything he could think of. The maintenance guy was very friendly, explained what he was doing, and was very apologetic about the whole situation. Props to that guy! He even explained that even if he had a tv to replace it with, it wouldn't work without going through the rigamarole of getting the "box" to recognize the new tv and that required an hours-long phone call. Give that man a raise!

From upon my arrival and checking in early, the front staff have been very accommodating and helpful. I had a problem with my TV and they came to the room and fixed it promptly. Friendly service and the room was very nice in the bed slept wonderful.
