Stay was good, it was clean and that is what was most important for us. We came for breakfast, they were out of a protein option such as eggs. They were out of syrup for the waffles. The front receptionist (with braces) was nice on both days. May not stay here again due to the truck stop near the hotel.

Great customer service and comfortable beds!

When we got into our room, we realized four hours later the fridge wasn't working. My husband has insulin. The staff immediately came to check and solve the issue. They couldn't fix it, but they were able to move us to a new room with a working fridge. Thanks.

The only downside of this hotel is the obnoxious fire alarms with a bright green light blinking all night. The front desk offers eye masks to counter them, so obviously this is a problem for many guests.

Stayed 2 nights. Very accommodating and the staff was extremely helpful and respectable. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was a joke. No juice, no milk, no decaf coffee; apparently most of the appliances were broken. Wanted to print out 3 pages at the front desk. Host made a bad joke about the cost and tips, which I didn't find amusing. Only reason I stayed here was its proximity to the Pikes Peak Regional Airshow, otherwise I would have and will go elsewhere.

I really wish I could give a good review of this hotel, but there were just far too many disappointments with this property, unfortunately. I’ll start with the positive notes: the location is ideally situated right off I-25, next door to a Loves travel station, and backs to the Fountain Creek Regional Park. You’ll need to drive to get to the park entrance, but we really enjoyed our morning walk along the pond and the creek. It’s also close to lots of dining options about 5-10 minutes away. The room was clean and had a nice view of the park (see in attached pictures). Now for the negative points: there are no king bed rooms in this hotel, so having to sleep in a queen bed with my husband wasn’t the most comfortable since we’re used to having more space. There were lights in the room that didn’t work. There was a large biker group staying at this hotel all weekend and they fired up their bikes early in the morning and came back in the middle of the night, so it was always so noisy when we were trying to sleep. At check out, we overheard a woman complaining about the bikers to the front desk saying how unsafe they made her feel since she was next door to one of them who was cursing and banging on furniture/walls all night long and since she was staying there with her two young grandchildren, she was frightened and nearly called the police, but feared retaliation if they figured out who called. The guy at the front desk didn’t care (see full Google review for more info)

Good place

The night desk girl was a bit of a crab. There was no shampoo/conditioner and food left in refrigerator. Asked her for shampoo and conditioner gave her the leftover food and she acted like I was bothering her. Morning staff was great and very helpful.

Easy access to I-25. Newer property. Nothing fancy, but very nice.

Staff was rude, side door trash full. Lights in the room didn't work. No extra plugs.

There was a grasshopper infestation! We stayed there for 6 days and not once did they come into the room and clean it and change the sheets and change the towels.

Only being able to check in after 3 ,then the clerks are changing shift just the wait the clerk coming was not very pleasant . the breakfast area was a mess someone seen to have spilled cereal all over and it appear no one bother to get it up. My sleep was fine.

Close to Garden of Gods

The room was nice and clean, with comfortable beds. Only thing that was a negative was the room had a bit of a mildew smell when you first went in. Staff was great!

The expedia site said the property was "pet friendly." When I arrived and stated I had a cat, they said no, I could not stay with a cat. They cancelled the reservation but I had to pay a cancelation fee.

Stopped here along the way to Denver from Texas. The front desk lady was nice and the hotel was well kept. The breakfast was average hotel breakfast overall nice stay and plenty of parking. Also there is a nice lake not too far behind to visit.
