Great for a business trip — very comfortable, huge room, full fridge freezer, plates/cutlery etc. Very kind and helpful front-desk staff. Comfy bed, good shower!
Only downside I can think of was housekeeping knocking every morning when I was running around trying to get ready for work (I was out of the room for 13/14 hours each day but they never came back). Couldn’t find a do-not-disturb sign and forget to ask; not a big problem, though.

we were intown for a home going. the hotel was very clean and comfortable. we had a suite for our family, and it was very nice. spacious and clean. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again.

I am disappointed that the rooms did not have soft, comfortable bedding. And when I asked for soft blankets that were not bleached and hard on your skin. I was told there are no other blankets except for mattress covers that are used as a blanket on the beds. I went out to the store and purchased my own blanket to sleep with. The pool towels in the pool area are small and cannot cover the body and we’re also very dry and harsh to the skin. I did go to the pool for a swim, but it was very cold in the water. I asked at the front desk if the pool is heated and they said it was when checking. When checking in they asked if I had any concerns and I said I wanted a room away from the elevators, no kids, and no dogs. I am on the fourth level and there is currently a large dog barking in the room across from me and disrupting our stay. When I went to complain at the front desk, I was told by the worker that she is only a front desk person and cannot handle any complaints and I will have to speak to the general manager, which is not available. I stayed here last year and enjoyed my stay, but I do not think I will come back.
Also while at the front desk, other hotel Guest came down to complain about the dog.

It was so loud it felt like the ceiling was going to come crashing down with people running and dogs barking. The showers were also very dirty with stains and mold and we were greeted by a giant bug in the bathroom.

The room was clean except for the headboard and dishwasher. The staff was excellent. The in room coffee maker had no basket for the grounds so we had to go to the front to get coffee. The bedside charging ports did not work, but the ones in the plugs did.

Breakfast ran out of food and coffee Saturday and was only restocked when asked and then made only certain guest orders per their specific request. If there are people down there at 930-945 there should still be hot food available. Not just by request.

The place is clean, and they have a nice gym/pool area for comfort! I loved the red drapes that split our room in half. The bedroom is really big and they come with great smelling shampoo/bodywash! The t.v welcomes you by name and we were on the first floor, which was really made getting in and out of the hotel very easy. It’s in a great location and the staff are nice. It comes with complimentary breakfast, but the breakfast was just okay. If you do not eat pork, but want meat in the morning this hotel may be a dealbreaker. I love protein, but they didn’t have any alternatives to pork. Typically, when they have an alternative to pork, than that is a great hotel because they are being inclusive to everyone. If this is not a deal breaker this is a perfect place for you!

We had to check out early because of a death. It was a nice hotel. It they only refreshed our room one time during our stay. We ran out of towels and really would have appreciated a cleaner room

We booked through hotels.com and john at the front desk didnt know how to find the reservation . He made us wait an hour before i had to call hotels.com to get them to help him find it. We were very tired and very frustrated he didnt want to help .

The road to the hotel was closed due to construction. Alternate route was a little long. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant and bubbly.

Only in town 1 night for family funeral. Was pleased with the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room. Still thought it was a bit pricey though for 1 night.

We arrived at the property and the room assigned stunk of smoke. So much so, that it triggered respiratory distress in my wife when she entered the room at check in. Later, we were told by management that the "smoke" smell was not a problem because it came from the fire pit below the room and was not cigarettes. Really, they said that!
The night manager, Candice, was totally unprepared for any situation other than button pushing for check in. She was unable to re-assign us to another room, as she claimed the property was full. When we asked to speak to a manager, she informed us that none were available, and we would have to wait until the morning. Additionally, Candice differed to "management" for every other question we had. She was utterly useless at the property for anything more than button pushing to check in guests.
This property has a HUGE training opportunity. Also, they need to ensure that a MANAGER is assigned to night shift... especially if you KNOW that you will be full and busy.
In the end, we were left with no choice to but contact Hilton directly for assistance. We were successful with finding ANOTHER property, but this property is still charging me for our reservation... essentially, they are charging me for services not rendered. Now, because of their horrible customer service, and their decision to not refund me for services not rendered, they have forced me to pursue other legal and finan

Room was nice, pool water was really cold so hard to let kids enjoy for too long. Breakfast was average.

This is located in a quiet area, but close to dining and shopping. Also 2 ways to access the expressway. Fairly new construction so everything was in nice condition. Would highly recommend for an extended stay as our room had a large fridge, full sized microwave, toaster, dishwasher, real dishes and silverware. The complimentary breakfast was as nice, if not better than pre-Covid times. The outdoor patio with fireplace was fun in the evening. Also has an indoor pool with exercise equipment. There was a wedding dress rehearsal event going on, so there is facilities available for events too.

It was a nice big, clean room with kitchen. We didn't realize we were so close to restaurants. And the breakfast was very mediocre. Although the breakfast is free, wish I'd known there were restaurants just down the street.
