There are a couple of thing, There is not a safe deposit box on the room, the bath room door was not properly closing, and there is a Fire light that blink over all night that was so shine

Great staff at the desk and also Valet. Restaurant staff and food is always great

The parking was very expensive, and tipping all the time over 5 days was a lot on top of the parking fee. I get that it’s in the city, but it was the only thing that felt like a bit of fleecing the customer. Everything else was great.

The staff was wonderful!!! The room was beautiful!! The bed was hard and uncomfortable.It made my shoulder hurt the next day. Breakfast was tasty and delicious.

There was a large locked panel outside of bathroom that made a large rumbling noise all night as well as loud air conditioner I felt like I was sleeping in a utility room Tried calling front desk to move rooms and no answer. This morning on check out 6:40AM the receptionist too busy on phone said they would email receipt For almost $400 a night Stay away from this one!!!

Beds were very comfortable. Most of staff were pleasant and room was very clean. Check-in staff member was not very informative or helpful regarding restaurant or convenience store locations in the area. We checked in early in the evening, after a long day of travel. We received a text at 11:27 PM asking how our stay was going. Nice to ask, but not at that time of night. We had to ask for an additional set of towels twice in a 4 night stay. If you aren’t going to service the room daily, and don’t have a sufficient number of towel racks, then enough towels should be provided. And don’t get me started on the bathroom lights shutting off after a certain amount of time without motion detected. It obviously does not detect motion behind the shower curtain. We each had to yell to the other for help to turn the light back on because it shut off while showering.

Great place to stay if your in the area.

The AC was super loud. I have never had a similar experience in a hotel in my life. Terrible stay.

The staff were so helpful and friendly!

It was very clean and comfortable. Some of the staff were not helpful and very rude (on the night shift, man with gray hair). The restaurant was decent, but it was weird that they only offer water, even though they do have soda at the bar. The first night my sister was there the server acted very confused when she asked for soda for her son. We also had breakfast in the restaurant one time and after we ordered we were told the gas was broken so we had to eat the breakfast bar. All of the hot food was cold and all of the cold food was not being kept cool. There were also items that were listed as part of the bar and they were not available. They would not discount the breakfast despite all of the issues. They really need to invest in refrigerators and hot plates of some kind for the breakfast bar--that seems like a health code violation. The service was also very slow. We ate dinner many times, as we were at the hotel for 4 weeks.

Room could have been cleaner (there was hair everywhere). For the price ($400/ night) they nickel and dime you more than a Motel 6. $3 for a bottle of water in the room, a la carte breakfast, $45/ night to park...

We were so pleased with this hotel and especially that the manager was so very helpful to us when we had to change rooms on the last day because our daughter came to stay and we only had a king size bed. He went way above and beyond the call of duty! Would definitely stay there again if ever in Boston

I rated lower because for the price ypu pay the bed was awful. It was so hard and lumpy feeling. Also service in their restraunt was very poor. Otherwise hotel was good.

The property was clean and the staff was nice. There was no power to the tv, fridge, or coffee machine. The fix was to ru an extension cord across the room to power the tv. This was like this for our two day stay.

It’s in very nice neighborhood. Hotel is safe and clean
