Everyone from the manager, to the front desk clerk to the breakfast attendant were very helpful. There was a mixup on our reservation and they took care of it. They made it good with Hotels.com. A gentleman by the name of Pralay was the breakfast attendant. Breakfast was excellent and Pralay was a ray of sunshine visiting with us, smiling and joking, etc. He showed a real interest in us. Great employee and representative. Our appreciation to all and thanks for turning a near disaster into a big plus!

Very nice stay at a lively property. The studio room was excellent with a fully equipped kitchen. Good free breakfast, very clean and quiet. The pool wasn’t open, which was the only downer. Staff were excellent!

We arrived late and left early at this hotel, and it was the perfect stop over on our road trip from Arizona to Philadelphia. It was easy to find, parking was easy and check-in was easy. It was clean and comfortable and lots of fridge space for our road trip cooler items.

Whatever you do, DO NOT stay here. We waited to check in because the staff wasn’t through cleaning, it was 5:45pm. Then we went to our room, which wasn’t very clean. The electricity went off in the middle of the night but that wasn’t their fault. But still, don’t stay here, you will not like it,

It is a nice and new hotel. I felt safe coming in and out of the building. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I will make this my future stay for upcoming trips

We booked this hotel after having a very bad experience at another hotel from a different chain. we had to cancel our stay at that hotel and booked the TownePlace Suites instead. It was welcome respite after our other experience. The staff was friendly and courteous and our stay at the Marriott was wonderful.

Very friendly staff and amazing rooms! Felt like a very safe area. Our room didn’t have linens for the pull out couch like it said it should have so we had to go ask someone and the remote was behind the nightstand so had to do some searching to find it. Would stay here again.

Fantastic stay. Enjoyed the entire process. Room was amazingly well equipped and very clean. Staff were great. I have litterally no complaints.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the kitchen area if we chose to do some cooking or needed a frig to keep things cold. The continental breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful in finding us transportation to the airport. We had several hours after checkout before heading to the airport and we wanted to do a little sightseeing without carrying our luggage. they were so kind to let us store it in their office while we did so. We would stay there again.

The good: (1) Newer property so the room and facilities were in generally good shape. (2) full kitchen including dishes was very helpful (3) location near old town was great and made it convenient for many activities (4) heated pool seemed will maintained. The bad: (1) one of the beds had very obviously been slept in the night we checked in. We got replacement sheets from the front desk which were stained. In addition the bathroom had not been cleaned well after the prior guest. (2) we booked two rooms for 5 nights and were informed that we wouldn't get daily housekeeping services unless we asked 24 hours in advance. After voicing our dissatisfaction and making an official request for daily service, they relented but I felt that was an unreasonable position for them to take. (3) the room doors are set to automatically lock the deadbolt, which is great, except that the deadbolt slams into the door plate just before the door closes making a loud bang every time. In addition the doors close hard and loud rather than gently making the noise that much louder. You could clearly hear every time someone near you went in or out of their room, which got annoying especially at night.

This is a newly built hotel that has a lovely plaza being built around it, with some of the construction still under way so I would predict in about 6 months to have a better selection of dining options nearby. Laguna burger, Dominoes, Starbucks and Walgreens are in walking distance so it’s not bad for convenience. The grassy area for dog owners is lovely. It’s not really in Old Town, more like on the outskirts so it’s really not walkable to get to the Old Town main square. The highway is right there and it’s in a good location from the airport and downtown. The beds are awesome. They were still bagging free breakfasts when we stayed, instead of it being continental open buffet style, which is understandable due to Covid.

Clean, spacious, plenty of storage, comfortable bed, considerate working space with a rolling table that can be used for dining.

There was poop all over the toilet & they have roaches… This is one of the two we saw in our room.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is newer and the room was nice and clean. It had everything we needed. The service of the employees was good as well. There are a few food options within walking distance including Starbucks. We’d stay here again

Semi-open shower design terrible- water everywhere. Shower head too high for shorter people to reach and adjust. When open, Fold-out bed touched foot of other bed!! trapping the person in the king size bed. Room too crowded and small to be called a “suite”

We were originally put in room 106. This room is very close to the front desk and very noisy. I am surprised it is rented out. We requested a room change, which we are granted. Our room on the fourth floor had no problems.

This place was an excellent to stay at...it had everything you needed a a great price...it was so easy to find and get to....We stayed there for the Balloon Festival and was extremely satisfied with staying here...Don't stay nowhere else but here in Albuquerque...
