Hotel room was gross. Bugs and mold in the bathroom. Expect more from a hotel that charged $380 for 1 night.

Our room very cold he called and asked him if they could fix our thermostat. Nobody never did it so me and my family was cold all night and the Internet service was not up and I missed a very important meeting because there was no Internet service provided to our room.

Seemed like a new hotel. It was comfortable and we like the kitchenette. We picked the hotel for it's EV charger, however it did not work (at least for a Rivian).

Staff seemed overwhelmed and was a little abrasive at check in. Hotel was mostly clean but there was staining and dirt in the corners of the shower as well as the bathroom floor. The rest of the room was clean. Dishwasher was running when I checked in and didn't finish until late that evening so I thankfully didn't need to use the kitchenette. The hotel was quite loud all night though I'll attribute that to it being NIU homecoming weekend. I'd give the location another try but it didn't seem up to par with the H2 standards I've been accustomed to and the hotel seems too new to have some of the disheveled attributes.

Hilton Home 2 Suites are a very comfortable and clean stay, however: This is the second time we have stayed in this type of hotel and BOTH times the breakfast in the morning was EXTREMELY poorly managed. This is my biggest complaint about these hotels. Keep up with your breakfast traffic and DO NOT break it down early. I find it so rude.

Stayed for 2 nights with 6 people. We had a nice stay. I like the breakfast; they had waffles, bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, and more. Nice and big rooms with lots of storage. There were a few stains on the floor here and there but overall clean. Comfy bed. Bathroom didn't have fan, so when we showered everything stayed steamed for a while, not really a problem tho. Liked that i could go swimming at 7am and that the pool was open till 11pm. The workers are all polite and nice. Everything overall pretty clean, nice and quiet, nice place to relax and stay.

I was really impressed with this property. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Very large rooms. We only stayed for 1 night but would have been happy to stay longer. The staff was great as well. Complimentary breakfast was good as well. All around good experience.

We were visiting family for several days. It was a great base. Comfortable, clean, friendly. Roomy. We were sort of surprised that housekeeping didn't visit the room except on the 4 day of 5, but we had plenty of towels. Pretty good bird watching in the pond/wetlands nearby, too!
