Customer service was amazing. We were immediately greeted and the person working was very kind and helpful when we experienced some technical issues.

The room smelled weird upon our arrival and the smell Lingered for our entire stay. And the bathtub was very dirty or had some very visible stains.

My son appreciated being able to log in to our netflix account on the tv.

We stayed here for a wrestling tournament. The breakfast options were not adequate, and I had to take my son to a drive thru to get something to fuel him for his matches. I choose to be gluten free and can usually find something but there wasn't even oatmeal available. Head's up, this hotel is right next to the train tracks and the trains run all night long.

The lady checking us in was great. Very friendly and helpful. We did get the top floor like requested, away from elevators and ice machines. Bathroom needed some cleaning. We were there for softball games at NIU.

We were there for NIU softball games. The team was there. The hotel knew previously that 25 member of a team, plus alot of parents, plus the ppl that stayed there for whatever else reasons where there. You plan ahead to have ppl and adequate food prepared!!! Breakfast is 7-10. Got down at about 8:05 and there is nothing but a single waffle maker and some cereal. People are opening cabinets and moving stuff around to dwe if ther ris food somewhere.I go ask the front desk if someone is making more food. She points to a man leisurely chilling doing a crossword puzzle and says he is the breakfast attendant. I go over to him. He looks surprised to have someone bother him. I said good morning, is someone preparing more food. You have an entire softball team plus many others counting on a decent breakfast to get their day started. He said o what is needed eggs or something? I said no! There's nothing! And you have alot of ppl needing fed. Frustrating. Get it together people!

The Saturday evening staff, I believe her name was Destiny did a great customer service job. As the system was malfunctioning and not addressed by the day shift personnel she did a wonderful job in accommodating us. She went upstairs to verify empty room availability to be able to get us and my daughter and her family rooms next to each other as that's what we booked. It took a while to get checked in but that was not the employees fault it was the system failure.
