Staying at Grand Anse Beach Palace is always relaxing. The staff is very kind and accommodating. It’s always a please seeing the owners Mr Lenny and his wife Ms Sharon. Very sweet people. You bet the best sunsets. Can’t wait to go back.

The property is located near the beach and restaurants and more. Having your private beach experience. The cool breeze that's constantly in motion. The staff is Awesome very friendly. Caring and helpful.i will definitely Stay there again. I send great thanks and appreciation to the Host and staff,i and thankful for your concern and care during my time of grief and sadness.

Room spacious and clean. Location good for beach and town access with buses stopping end of the drive. Used food delivery app one evening and treated ourselves to dinner at Silversands the next. Staff friendly and helpful, especially when I struggled to access the kitchen across the hall. Lovely garden to sit in with fab views along beach. Appreciated the greenery everywhere. Would have appreciated some welcome water in the fridge after a long day with delayed flights but easily had it delivered with the food.

Helpful young receptionist gave me an upgrade. I had the room 30 with kitchen and lovely ocen wiev. 👍the property is dated, but still in good condition and great located, just several steps from the see. Nice, collony style hotel should be renovated a little, but still very convenient for location and money. Restaurant doesn't work, do self catering.

This is a simple place with minimal amenities but right on the gorgeous Grand Anse beach where you can walk to find plenty to eat, drink, and do. And great air con and shower.

Amazing location, old and in need of revamp. Bed Sheets stained. Reception service very slow and unreliable.

On checking in staff pretended there were minor issues: 1.Broken safety security box for the duration of stay 2. No kettle or coffee maker for the first three days 3.Broken ice maker throughout the hotel: I was told it wad being fixed which again was a lie. 4.Closed restaurant, no vending machine it was very Hot and humid 5. No rental car service 4. The beach in front of hotel was not good for swimming, we had to walk 3/4mile along the beach for the most part part we took a bus. 5.Room was small for a couple although we paid premium for ocean view. 6. Bath towels were old and stained. 7. Hotel towels were discoloured. 8. Had to fix toilet that had a stuck chain. No service for 24 hrs. Contact was by what’s app. 9. Seems management was not interested in maintenance as when rain fell there were broken guttering that poured water on the porch. 10. Room was clean every 2 days,I had to go to office to demand the room be clean. 11. They tried to exchange the room for another room but it was dirty, smelly and had broken furniture in it.

The staff was cordial, considerate, and caring. Donrick went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Will definitely visit again!

You get what you pay for. Accommodation is basic and very dated but functional and clean. Staff very good.

Hotel is situated on a quiet spot at the end of Grande Anse beach. Access to main beach can be a bit difficult at high tide or when strong waves. Our initial room was not quite what we expected, but after discussion with Hotel staff we were moved to a more convenient room/apartment. Although the restaurant was not open the kitchen facilities were very good allowing breakfast and lunches to be easily and conveniently prepared. The garden was very convenient for relaxing in away from the beach. The hotel is beginning to show its age, but the position, facilities and helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay in a kind of old colonial hotel.

There was no security. My bathroom was not clean. Hair on the bed.

It was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very helpful. I didn't like the steps on the back to get onto the beach. Oh and no food on premises but other places on the beach to eat made it helpful.

Liked Beach Front Liked staff, all helpful and friendly Did not like guests slamming room doors. Perhaps some notices should be in place to be thoughtful of other guests Property rooms need to be updated

We got our linen changed once in the week. The room was not swept at all.We hardly got hot water at times.

This place never ceases to amaze me. I'm truly happy with my stay once again and I recommend this place to anyone seeking peace, quiet, beach access.

Internet poor and the place nasty.No shampoo no coffee and noisy.the service very poor also no place to eat . Water not available and no place to eat. This place should not be futures on Expedia or on any travel guid. I would give it zero rating

Nice location on Grand Ans Bay but shopping and dining nearby not good. Had to walk a goodly distance for nit so good dining outlets.
