It is a quite enough to stay and most likely the dinner places are variety you can choose and it was all walking distance.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room only had two towels for our 5 day stay. We asked if they could hold some towels for us when more becomes available. They were able to deliver two more towels to our room. During our stay there seemed to be a towel shortage as we were only allowed to have two towels at a time. Staff remained polite our entire stay. The overnight staff, she was especially helpful in letting us know breakfast times, and local places to check out. Her energy was very welcoming.

Visiting from Texas and this was a nice spot

The hotel is in pretty good condition, but our bed was absolutely horrible! The springs were sticking through, and it was super saggy with no support. We were given only 1 set of towels a piece, a half roll of tissue, no extra anything. The water only got to lukewarm, never hot and they woke everyone up at 9:30am with a fire alarm. Staff was borderline rude and very dismissive. It was in a convenient location but that is the best part about it.

Worst experience. Don’t take a chance as there are plenty of other hotels. After booking hotel around 3:00 while traveling we arrived at 9:00 PM. Front door of hotel is locked. Women behind counter is ignoring me standing there. Eventually she presses button to open the door and tells me that the internet is down and she can’t check me in. I said I don’t understand and she responded that we could not stay at the hotel. I tried to make calls and could not get through so I stayed in lobby to book another hotel on my phone. Several other people were knocking on door and woman actually walked away out of view. Eventually after banging on the door I had to walk over and explain the situation. I had to book another room a few miles away. Now because I for the hotel I am having difficulties getting money back because believe it or not they are not answering the phone or responding to emails from Expedia how the room was booked! There should have been a manger there. They could have printed the reservations off site and brought them to hotel. They could have greeted us with an apology. They could have take our information to assist with refund. They could have done anything and chose to do nothing.

Great except one thing: to use the pool, you must use the only 2 bath towels you have, walk to the ice-cold lobby and stand in line with dripping swimsuits to trade the wet towels for dry ones so you can go back to shower. Wet tile floors make all of this even worse.

Arrived at about 9:40 pm - computer systems down and would not check us in even though the room had been paid for, we had to find another hotel to stay in at a different hotel.

The front desk staff ( Kay Kay) were very professional and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. Shower was very nice and clean. We also loved the indoor pool. The only improvement I could recommend is the breakfast. There were numerous options but the food lacked flavor. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was tough. Ended up parking in the restaurant lot across the way. The elevators need maintenance. Our bathroom and entry way floor was dirty. The pool was nice but a little on the cold side lol.

Room was great!

Daughter was traveling 14 hours home from college, hotel was very helpful and safe. Desk clerk was very friendly also. My daughter also said the bed and room was extremely comfortable .

The key card system was down and so we had to be escorted to our room anytime we needed in. The attendant at the front desk was extremely slow and checking took almost 20 minutes. Once we arrived in our room, the couch had a huge brown stain across several cushions and when I pulled back the covers there was a giant black hair in the bed. The coffee machine was out of order. The front desk lady had to be woken up twice by our party so we could access our room. She was sitting at the front desk drooling asleep. Anyone could have walked in and accessed the hotel. I have stayed with best western plus before but this experience ruined it for me!

Overall our stay was okay. Ms. Kay Kay continuously kept a cheerful smile and was so helpful throughout the stay. Ms. Dee was extremely helpful as well. My complaints were with the hotel and not them as we had a nasty bug in our room on the first night, our air vent in the bathroom did NOT work. The pool was NOT properly clean as the pool itself smelled of mildew. The elevator literally went out and NEVER got fixed on my 5 day stay. Whereas the other elevator became a little scary as it would give a bad shake when getting to the 1st floor. On a scale from 1-10, I would have to rate them a 7. Would I come back to this hotel? Yes! If they could make sure these little minor setbacks stay fixed and maintained on a regular

I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past and this time was a major shock. The first room we were given, smelled like smoke and a bottle of Lysol spray to cover. the very nice girl at the front desk helped me change rooms quickly, but the next morning the fire alarm falsely went off at 8 am for an extended time. In addition to these things one elevator was out and the pool was “out of order” all morning when we were hoping to swim before check out. It was just a bad experience.

Check in was horrible I wanted 54 mins I paid for an early check in that I did not receive they charged my card 5times!!! I would not recommend and I will never ever stay again
