Exactly what you want of a business place: clean, professional, and super convenient to get to Geneva by train. And way better food options around than in Geneva!

Stayed as a stop over back from Italy. Hotel is nice, modern and clean with friendly staff. Hotel has no parking and not easy to unload without blocking bus lanes. Location doesn’t feel particularly nice. We were advised not to park in the adjacent open car park but the train stations multi-storey. Didn’t feel much safer. There was a chap worse for wear lying in the doorway of the car park lift with a hospital tag on his wrist.
Ate in the restaurant for dinner and menu was limited but food very good. Breakfast a bit cramped and limited food. Would probably not stay again due to the parking and location.

Hotel is very nice and right next to the train station. Lots of construction in area when we stayed which made navigation tricky, but I'm sure this isn't always an issue.

20 mins train ride to Geneva . Located right across the train station. Rooms are small . Toilet is in a separate room and shower and sink in the other !!!

I actually did not realize that this hotel is located in France rather than Switzerland until I noticed that my Swiss SIM card did not work. The hotel is new, modern and well furnished. The standard room is not big. The restaurant is good and very reasonably priced. It is right at the train station, from where it was about 20 minutes ride to Geneva. If you have Swiss Travel Pass, you need to buy an additional supplement fee for about 2euro one way to take the train.

Very convenient for the SNCF station and trains to Geneva including the airport. Room was very small and quite noisy.

The hotel is just opposite the train station. Breakfast is very good. The staff are very accommodating esp. Paula, Lizbeth, Maureen and Jen. Don't know the other young lady's name in reception. Will recommend as great proximity to explore some places in Switzerland and France but Annemasse is work in progress - nothing to see. Comfortable bed. Our room tidied up everyday. Aircon is off during our stay so we have to open the window all the time hence we would hear all the noise from the outside. Don't know what month the hotel's aircon would be turned on. Minor problems in the room solved right away but the shallow shower tray is a problem as we would always put towels to prevent the water sipping through the carpet. We were in room 618 overlooking parking lot.

I love this property. Geneva is crazy expensive, and Annemasse—while a bit less glamorous than Geneva—is great! Cheaper food in the area and relatively easy access directly into town. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. Just rush hour commutes can be a bit squeezed in the train.

The stay became uncomfortable when we noticed that the room was not clean. The kind woman inte reception gave us another room however not that clean either. The elevator was difficult to use due to cards that all the time deactivated. The door of the toilet in the room was to heavy for my kids to open (they are 5 and 6), and had a automatic closing so it couldn't be held open by itself only manually.
The breakfast was lovely, I was only missing out dark bread.

Nice hotel on the edge of town. Day pass for city trains 12 CHF. Tram system is a walk from the hotel and easy to use to get around town. Trains are fast from Geneve to Annemasse.

Room cleaning is poor. They skipped the daily cleaning if not spesifically asked from the reseption. No duvet for our baby, so he slept under a towel. Staff seemed super nice but seemed to had close to no training and usually had no idea what is happening.

Outstanding staffs very clean and comfortable unfortunately we had some very noisy customers next door to us! Otherwise the hotel is very quiet located right by the new station and shopping streets brand new building.

It only takes a couple of minutes to get to the train platform from the hotel. Easy and quick to get to Geneva. Trains also go to Annecy, Venice of France (58 mins).
The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast is good too.

Hotel ok overall, clean, nice staff, parking 2 minutes away, etc. Just one thing: breakfast was way too crowded, significant waiting time to find a table available, several things missing on the buffet that the staff had a hard time refilling. Staff was trying to help and really running everywhere though.
Aside from that, nice stay overall.

Brand New ,Fabulous, Centrally located Hotel with an immediate access to public transportation; magnificent bedding, impeccable cleanliness.
