Hotel has a pool but it was not working. We were not notified. We also did not have hot water. We finally got Luke warm water after running the shower for 20 minutes.

Absolutely excellent. First stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Very modern lobby. Staff were so polite and helpful. Although our room was carpeted, it was so clean. The room smelled fresh. The linens provided were good. The lounge chair in the room was the best treat for my wife. We will be sure to check out this hotel chain for future trips

I was in another city for another reason the night before, and left the outdoor event I was at to go to a funeral for a family member in Springfield. I stopped at the hotel since we were staying there that night at 1:30 since I had to be at the funeral home at 2:30. I asked them if the room was already empty and if I could go ahead and check in and clean up and change before I went even though check-in time wasn't until 3 or 4 pm. And they were happy to let me. I would have struggled so much trying to get dressed in a gas station bathroom. I am so grateful for them allowing me to go ahead and check in so I could get dressed. They even offered condolences on my loss. Amazing staff! Also, the hotel was super clean, quiet, and in great condition. The breakfast was good and quite a bit to select from. The location was perfect as well, close to everything. Thank you for making our stay great in a not so great time for us.

Great deal for the price. Very clean room and property. Air conditioning was nice and cold when we needed it- saw other complaints on this, but we had no problem with it. Only issue we had was the bathroom fan didn't turn on so the bathroom would be steamy after each shower. Very friendly staff. A lot of restaurants just down the street from the hotel which was convenient. I'd definitely stay there again.
